The Design And Implementation Of The Fire Brigade Budget Management System

This project based on the actual budget management informationization demand of a city's fire control forces,based on B/S architecture,MVC design pattern,with the IDEA as development platform,Java as development language,Mysql database as the application database,Redis database as the file storage database,use the Activity workflow technology,and combining the Nginx load balance principle of deployment,designed and implemented a set of budget management system for fire forces units.This budget management system is divided into six modules:system setup,personal work platform,budget submission,budget implementation,budget settlement and statistical analysis.Among them,the system setting includes four sub-modules,namely,institution setting,position setting,role setting and account setting,to realize the function of adding and maintaining the basic supporting data of the fire fighting force.The personal work platform includes two sub-modules,message notification and to-do list,which realize the function of users receiving system messages and handling to-do list quickly.Budget submission includes four sub-modules:budget preparation,budget adjustment,budget examination and approval,and budget query,realizing the function of annual budget formulation and examination and approval.Budget execution includes two submodules,budget approval query and budget execution query,which realize the function of query budget approval and budget execution rate.Budget settlement includes three submodules,namely,expense account management,expense account examination and approval,and expense account inquiry,to realize the function of reimbursement.Statistical analysis includes budget early warning and statistical analysis two sub-modules to achieve the establishment of budget early warning and data statistics functions.Confirmed by test run,the budget management system can reduce the workload of budget management personnel in fire control forces,improve the work efficiency,standardize its budget approval process and avoid the chaotic situation,the budget is able to make budget management layer get real time information,avoid the lack of regulation caused by information lag.It is of great significance to budget management of fire control force.
