With the continuous improvement of Internet technology,the benefits of the Internet are also increasing.At present,many traditional industries have been deeply affected by the Internet and have used the Internet to make changes.As a national legal administrative agency,courts often require relatively high levels of knowledge and ability of law enforcement personnel.With the continuous improvement of the rule of law in our country,the pace of law updates is getting faster and faster,and many laws and regulations are added every year.However,in legal institutions,especially the grass-roots courts,the work of the staff themselves is more cumbersome.Except for their own jobs,they often need to receive a lot of offline training.Although these trainings are also used to enhance their own legal awareness,they increase Staff work pressure and life pressure affect their work efficiency and work quality.In order to better solve the problems of time,resources,management and other aspects of offline training,this article has developed a court training system.The system uses Java language,Tomcat server,My SQL database,etc.to meet the actual needs of court staff training,and realizes core business functions such as training demand management,training plan management,training implementation management,and training resource management.According to the training needs,the class establishes training classes and training plans.After the trainer uploads the training materials to the system,the system manages resources.Court staff can learn through real-time access to the system,which solves the pain point that the on-site training time and location are difficult to be unified;The training results are checked and accepted through the online examination,and the trainer completes the automatic test paper composition through the system;after the court staff submits the test paper,the system will directly give the score and the corresponding correct answer according to the judgment standard given by the teacher,shortening the acceptance cycle.Improved training efficiency After the system is developed,the overall system is tested and optimized.After trial,the system meets the expected demand,which can save the manpower and material resources required for training.
