Design On Smart Community Service System For The Aged And Research Of Its Key Issues

China is a country with the world's largest population and one of the countries with increasingly severe aging problem.More and more old people has to live alone and the imbalance between supply and demand on caring for the elderly is becoming more serious.As a result,provision for the aged has become one of the major problems in the 21^stCentury which can not be neglected.Under such circumstance,a new smart community service system for provision for the aged is designed to ease aging-related questions.It is hoped that this system can provide the old people with more convenient service and also help shape information management for the old-age issues.Smart Community Service System for Provision for the Aged is designed with three functions:information management,service for the aged,community notice and health express.Information management provides community with a panel for information management in which the information of the old,service information as well as volunteer information are professionally managed.Community notice and health express offer information exchange,information release and feedback on the old's suggestion.Service for provision for the aged serves as the focus of system function which provide five major services for the aged,they are basic service for provision for the aged,professional medical aid,emergency rescue and alarm,property management and maintenance,consultation for old-age service.Basic service for provision for the aged consist of two branch subsystems:“Institution Service System”and“Volunteer Service System”,which target paid service and free service respectively,the old people may log into such system on the internet to choose one they need.A subsystem,called“Love Bank”is designed in this thesis which may motivate volunteers to participate in volunteer service based on“Volunteer Service System”,“Love Bank”is a virtual bank with virtual currency deposit in it,volunteers may deposit their own currency in this bank as rewards to their participation,in the meanwhile,the same amount will be deducted from the old people's bank account.These volunteers may use such amount of deposit to exchange for other volunteer service when they get old.This thesis introduces static access and dynamic access to the virtual currency.The value of which is determined by service duration,service strength,demand for service,the old's health condition,the old's age classification,volunteer's age and their credit standing.In static access,the weighted value of each factor is fixed while in dynamic access,the value is determined by both weighted value of each factor and value of service demand.By experiment simulation,it is testified that the enforcement such stimulation on obtaining virtual currency is necessary and feasible and its calculation method is also effective.
