Research On International Police Cooperation Between China And Vietnam In Combating The Crime Of Human Trafficking

Human trafficking is one of the most hated crimes by the public.At present,tran snational human trafficking cases between China and Vietnam have a high incidence a nd a growing trend,which not only harms the trafficked people,but also causes great harm to the legal authority and social stability of the two countries.However,the qua lity of police cooperation between the two countries is not satisfactory at the present stage.This paper puts forward to China and Vietnam to crack down on the crime of tr afficking in persons of international policing cooperation mechanism research,prelimina ry combing the basic mechanism of international policing cooperation,combined with China and Vietnam the basic characteristics of cross-border trafficking crime and the b asic model of bilateral policing cooperation,combing the problems existing in the poli cing cooperation between the two countries and put forward Suggestions for improvem ent,in order to provide reference for deeper policing cooperation between the two cou ntries.Through the analysis of the current situation of the cooperation between China an d Vietnam in combating human trafficking,it is found that the current trend of human trafficking between the two countries is relatively significant,among which the proba bility of women being trafficked is relatively high.The corresponding criminal activities have caused great harm to the people of the two countries as well as the social stab ility of the two countries.Although both countries are currently committed to the figh t against trafficking in human beings,the results have not been satisfactory.Therefore,it is necessary for the two countries to further strengthen the level of international p olice cooperation in the fight against trafficking in human beings.In combination with cases found in the policing cooperation problem,policing cooperation exists in the coo peration between the two countries range is relatively narrow,lack of information shar ing and cooperative operation of practical obstacles,the cause of the corresponding co operation points to the conservative attitude of cooperation and cooperation content ins ufficient knowledge is not comprehensive,information sharing consciousness,policing cooperation and coordination quality is not high.To this end,the paper puts forward th ree kinds of Suggestions: expanding the scope of police cooperation,strengthening coo perative information sharing mechanism and cooperation,mutual assistance and coordin ation.Through this study,it is hoped that it can provide some reference for the public security departments of the two countries,and at the same time,it is also hoped that it can provide a case study of cooperation in combating human trafficking crimes for the systematic theoretical research of international police cooperation,so as to enrich the theory and implementation system of international police cooperation.
