Research On The Necessity Of Giving Personality Rights To Intelligent Robots

The purpose of studying intelligent robots is to realize the functionalization of replacing human functions and try to create a system with human-like intelligence.At present,although intelligent robots can not reach the level of human-like intelligence,from the perspective of the future development trend of intelligent robots,strong intelligent robots will form an intelligent explosion in the future society.Their intelligence level will be infinitely close to or possibly surpass human beings,which will inevitably lead to some problems,such as how to hold accountable for violations caused by the activities of intelligent robots,and intelligence.Can robots enjoy certain rights and obligations enjoyed by human beings,break through the traditional civil law subject system and become the enjoyers of personality rights? With the wide application and rapid development of intelligent robots in real life,the discussion on the necessity of giving intelligent robots personality rights is the measure we should take to cope with the rapid development of intelligent robots and make them develop steadily and orderly.This paper will use the method of literature review and theoretical analysis to analyze the current situation and future development of intelligent robots.On the basis of the research and application of intelligent robots technology,which has set off a climax,changed the traditional life style of human beings and brought convenience to human beings,it will analyze the legal reality caused by the social application of intelligent robots,and from the perspective of intelligence.Considering the hidden worries brought by the future development of robots to the legal system,this paper leads to the consideration of whether intelligent robots should be endowed with personality rights.Combining with the historical theory and legal concepts of the expanding legal subjects,this paper concludes the necessity of endowing intelligent robots with personality rights,and preliminarily explores the concept of endowing intelligent robots with personality rights in China.The first part of the paper describes the types of intelligent robots and the theory of personality rights,and discusses the necessity of giving personality rights to intelligent robots.The second part discusses the necessity and theoretical basis of giving personality rights to intelligent robots from the problems arising from the development of intelligent robots.The third part analyses the advantages and disadvantages of giving personality rights to intelligent robots.The fourth part combines the advantages and disadvantages of giving personality rights to intelligent robots.According to the actual situation of our country,this paper puts forward the preliminary conception of personality rights conferred on intelligent robots from the aspects of ethical system of personality rights and relevant legislation...
