Research On The Information Sharing Mechanism Of Cross-border E-government Platform For Agricultural Products

Under “the Belt and Road Initiatives”,in order to support Yunnan Province to accelerate the construction of radiation centers facing South Asia and Southeast Asia,and make agricultural trade cooperation between China and neighboring countries further deepened,reduce the loss of freshness of fresh agricultural products brought about by the cumbersome customs clearance process,and improve the cross-border transportation of agricultural products.It proposes to build a cross-border e-government platform for agricultural products.In order to clarify the information sharing mechanism among the participating entities involved in the cross-border e-government platform of agricultural products,analyze the evolutionary game process of sharing information resources between subjects,exploring the influence of related variables on game equilibrium,the following research is carried out.Firstly,analyze the current situation of cross-border logistics of agricultural products and the existing customs clearance issues,integration of e-government with trade facilitation,put forward the concept of cross-border e-government platform for agricultural products.Taking the construction and development of Lancang-Mekong Region as an example,China is the leading country and use of advanced Internet,Internet of things technology,block chain technology,construct a cross-border e-government platform for agricultural products that is in line with the development of Lancang-Mekong Region,and promote cooperation and exchanges between the state and the country.Secondly,the paper analyzes the information sharing evolution game of the cross-border e-government platform of agricultural products.By constructing a four-party game model of platform participants,our government-other countries in the region-logistics enterprise alliance-country agricultural producers,we describe the influencing factors affecting the choice of the game's main players,and establish the game payment matrix and replication dynamics equation between participants,and analyzing the equilibrium state of its game.Finally,based on the evolutionary game,combined with the theory of system dynamics,this paper constructs the system flow diagram of the evolutionary game system of the information sharing mechanism of the cross-border e-government platform of agricultural products.Dynamically simulates of evolutionary game the game process through the function relation between the game system variables,and explores the influence of different strategy choices and variable adjustment on the evolutionary game process.The results show that China's government,other countries in the region,Logistics Enterprise Alliance and National Agricultural producers will eventually reach a strategic stability state;our government chooses to actively share information resources;other countries in the region choose to actively share information resources;Logistics Enterprises Alliance to choose the use of the platform,national agricultural producers choose to use the platform.The cost of rectifying information sharing strategy and so on will pro mote game equilibrium when reducing the input cost of game subject strategy selection,increasing the additional income and increasing the sharing of negative implementation information resources.
