| Rural development is to achieve rural prosperity,cultural revitalization,the ultimate goal is to achieve the happiness of the people,live and work in peace and contentment.On October 18,2017,Comrade Xi Jinping proposed the country revitalization strategy.Once again,the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers have been pushed to the commanding height of attention.As the weak point in realizing the centenary plan,it has become the primary problem to be solved by the government.With a series of support from the government,the current rural environment has undergone great changes,but due to geographical location and educational problems and other factors,there are still many problems in the process of "rural revitalization".Especially for the immigrant villages in the south-to-north water diversion project,the implementation of the strategy is a constant problem on the basis of various pressures.How to effectively implement the strategic planning of "rural revitalization" in the immigrant villages of the south-to-north water diversion project has become the top priority of the resettlement county and district governments.In view of this,the author around the strategy of "rural revitalization" deployment"prosperous industry,ecological livable,local custom civilization,effective governance,rich life" of the general requirements,this article selects fengqiu south-north water diversion project immigrants village to carry out targeted and deep going research,on the one hand,in an attempt to prove the importance of "country revitalization" strategy for rural development,on the other hand,in view of the specialty of the YiMin Village immigration's economic development to provide effective reference for other areas.This paper sorts out the relevant theories of "rural revitalization" and migration,and explains the concepts of migration,rural status quo and sustainable development in combination with the strategy of "rural revitalization".On this basis,it takes Xi Jinping's strategy of"rural revitalization" as the research basis.Adopted the method of combining literature research and on-the-spot investigation found that fengqiuYiMin Village under the "rural revitalization" strategy of sustainable development is facing the following problems:mentality deviation,policy implementation does not reach the designated position,inadequate investment in the construction process,lack of talent,ecological problems have no clear understanding and planning,the problem such as larger gap between urban and rural integration.Based on the production and living conditions of immigrants fengqiu south-to-north water transfer project is analyzed,aiming at the existing problem of sustainable development of the south-north water diversion project immigrants is put forward according to the henan province morihikohiramatsu introduced by the government to carry out the immigration "rural revitalization"strategy,adhere to the basic policy and improve the bottom line,activate the rural market,build morihikohiramatsu brand effect,intensify the building of talent introduction and personnel input,efforts to protect the ecological environment,establish autonomy,the combination of virtue and rule YiMin Village governance system,efforts to complete the integration of urban and rural construction planning,etc.Under the background of "rural revitalization",based on the investigation to the immigration fengqiu south-to-north water transfer project engineering research,to realize the region to the sustainable development path,must be in the implementation of the central committee of the "rural revitalization" strategy framework,in view of the special problems immigrants village,the immigrant village version of the "rural revitalization of planning",play "rural revitalization" to be completed,do precise preparation,careful planning,adjust measures to local conditions,eclecticism,comprehensive treatment,and swallow the short board,the early realization of our country "country revitalization". |
