Title Research On The Development Of Archives Resources Of Yunnan Minority Traditional Villages Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

Traditional villages are the best witness of agricultural civilization.Under the background of globalization,the cultural and social values of traditional villages are attracting more and more attention.But with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the decline of the traditional villages,disappear is increasingly intensified,in July 2013,the department of housing and urban-rural development,ministry of culture,ministry of finance jointly issued "on to do a good job in 2013,the development of Chinese traditional village protection notice put forward China’s traditional villages archives production requirements,establish archives for traditional Chinese village village first gear.From 2013 to 2018,the ministry of housing and construction and other departments completed the collection,classification,sorting and filing of graphic and text information of five batches of traditional Chinese village directories.On February 4,2018,the central file no.1 that "the central committee of the communist party of China,the state council about the opinions of the implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country" is put forward,the traditional village is a natural,social,and economic characteristics of regional,rural revitalization strategy requirements in the five years from 2018 to 2022,is to realize the comprehensive well-off in rural areas,and have to realize agricultural modernization as the basic,step up the good,to build the foundation.The existing traditional village archives should also be developed and managed in accordance with this trend.Yunnan is a region inhabited by ethnic minorities.Under the background of township revitalization,this region can use archive resources to boost economic development and ethnic cultural construction.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to research on the development of archives resources in traditional minority villages in the view of rural revitalization.Under the two backgrounds of rural revitalization strategy and traditional village filing,the development of archives resources of traditional minority villages is a systematic project integrating political,national and academic characteristics.Based on the field investigation of Yunnan province,state,city,county,town and village,this paper discusses the development of archives resources of traditional minority villages in Yunnan province from the perspective of rural revitalization.It mainly consists of the following parts:First,in discussing the traditional minority ethnic archives resources village,on the basis of this basic problem,according to the material and non-material cultural heritage resources in the traditional villages in archives classification category,points out that Yunnan minority traditional ethnic culture village archives resources,social integrity and universal characteristics of spatial and temporal fusion,and live together,ethnic regional,ethnic language and the specific features of ethnic characters,ethnic and religion.Secondly,from the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the development of digital era and the expansion of the value of archives resources,this paper analyzes the realistic basis for the development of archives resources in Yunnan ethnic minority traditional villages.In archival science,sociology,ethnology,on the other hand,seek appropriate theory in this paper,the country revitalization under the vision of Yunnan minority traditional villages archives resources development theory,according to the theory of national archives,archives resources development,rural memory theory,the overall view theory as the theoretical support,discusses the different theories about the applicability of the traditional village archival research.Third,on the one hand,from the gradual improvement of policies and regulations,the integration of institutional adjustment advantages,the deepening of academic research,the initial results of resource construction and other aspects to explore the advantages of Yunnan ethnic minority traditional village archives resources development;On the other hand,it points out the existing problems in policy,resources,innovation and management of the development of traditional village archives of Yunnan ethnic minorities.Fourth,the paper puts forward the overall framework of the development of archives resources in Yunnan traditional minority villages.Based on the analysis of the subject and object of the development of archives resources,this paper puts forward the development principles of planning first,highlighting the key points,scientific path,and orderly advancement,so as to realize the development ideas of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural style civilization and village governance.Fifth,under the premise of integrating the archives resources of traditional villages of ethnic minorities in Yunnan,the traditional,data-based and new media approaches for the development of archives resources of traditional villages of ethnic minorities in Yunnan are proposed.
