Research On Integrity Education For Public Officials

Political work is the lifeblood of all economic work.Civil servants probity education is both a social practice on improving the quality of the civil servants moral,is a political activity,it would be the ideology and moral character and important value of improving the political culture,build a enhance ideological and moral line of defense for public office personnel,provide political literacy support the anti-corruption construction,the moral and ethical basis and value.In reality,the problem of corruption in the ranks of public officials is the most widespread and harmful to the society,which highlights the urgency and importance of clean education for public officials in China.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to make the education of public officials' honesty more effective in anti-corruption work.This article is divided into three parts.The first part is an overview of the theories related to clean education,which expounds the content,characteristics,ways and methods of clean education and the significance of strengthening the clean education of public officials.The second part is to study and analyze the problems and causes of the incorruptible education of public officials in China.The third part is to put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems of honesty education of public officials in our country.The purpose of this paper is to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the education on the honesty of public officials,and to provide some Suggestions and reflections for the majority of party members and leading cadres to truly build up the ideological and moral defense line against corruption and integrity.
