Research On The Ideals And Beliefs Of Party Members Among College Students In The New Era And The Educational Countermeasures

The ideal and belief education of college student party members in the new era is to strengthen the belief of college student party members in Marxism,the belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics and the confidence in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through education,so as to promote the college student party members to play a vanguard and exemplary role.Strengthening the ideal and belief education of college student party members in the new era is not only the need to train socialist constructors and successors,but also the need to give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of college student party members and guide the all-round development of college student party members.Based on the analysis of the basic theory of ideal and belief education of college students' party members in the new era,this paper compiles a questionnaire on the ideal and belief education of college students' party members with reliability and validity,and makes key interviews with some school party building leaders,party building teachers,student party branch secretaries and college student party members.The comprehensive results of questionnaires and interviews show that the Marxist belief of the vast majority of college students' party members is very firm,the belief in socialism with Chinese characteristics is very firm,full of confidence in the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,full of trust in the party and the country,and show firm ideals and beliefs in school activities and peacetime life..At the same time,it is found that there is a deviation in the understanding of ideals and beliefs among some college student party members,the ideals and beliefs are not firm enough,and the avant-garde exemplary role in ideals and beliefs is not enough.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the reasons for these problems,such as the infiltration and impact of western social thoughts,the negative influence in the development of domestic market economy,the insufficient attraction of ideal and belief education for university party members,and the neglect of their own party spirit cultivation by individual college student party members.Combined with the problems shown by empirical research and the causes of the problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the education of ideals and beliefs of college students' party members in the new era..First of all,it is necessary to clarify the ideal and belief education principles of the organic combination of theoretical study andpractical exercise,the complementarity between centralized education and self-education,and the deep integration of model spirit and party spirit cultivation.Secondly,we should enrich the content of ideal and belief education.This paper mainly starts from three angles: strengthening the theme education of "not forgetting the original ideal and ambition,remembering the mission",deepening the education of socialist core values,and integrating into the education of Chinese Dream,the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Finally,we should innovate the ways and means of ideal and belief education.This paper mainly focuses on giving full play to the leading role of ideological and political theory course in the ideal and belief of college students' party members,and making use of the advantages of new media to enhance the attraction of the education of ideal and belief of college students' party members.And combined with community activities to promote the diversification of ideal and belief education forms of college student party members.Under the background of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to understand the ideal and belief education of college students' party members through empirical research,and to analyze the investigation results so as to think about the countermeasures to strengthen the education of ideal and belief of college students' party members in the new era.
