Research On Ideal And Belief Education Of College Student Party Members In The New Era

Communist ideals and beliefs are the inexhaustible source for party members and cadres to continuously improve their political awareness and ability,and enhance their ability to investigate and solve problems;It is also the source of strength for the Communists to gather together and build a strong socialist modernization country.Student Party members are the "key part" in colleges and universities.Whether their ideals and beliefs are firm or not is not only related to the overall ideals and beliefs of colleges and universities,but also to the cultivation and development of the Communist Party members’ "reserve army",and even affects the future and destiny of the party and the country.Ideals and beliefs do not arise spontaneously,so,it is self-evident that the education of ideals and beliefs of college student party members is of great importance to play the role of "locomotive" of student party members,strengthen the construction of party members and promote the development of the country.By excavating the ideological and theoretical origin of communist ideal and belief education,this paper enriches and endows college students with the content of ideal and belief education of party members with the characteristics of the times.At the same time,by means of questionnaires and interviews,colleges and universities have made achievements in improving knowledge structure,stimulating emotional resonance,strengthening value identity and developing behavior consciousness in the education of student party members.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient fit between educational function and individualized needs and daily life,insufficient combination between educational process and subject’s self-cultivation,weak practicality and times of educational methods,and insufficient effectiveness and innovation of educational forms.These problems arise from the invasion and impact of the negative influence of western social thoughts and new media networks,the domestic social and economic transformation and the elimination and weakening of the negative influence of some leading cadres,as well as the lack of theoretical research in universities and the obstacles and restrictions of various organizations and different subjects.Therefore,to improve the effectiveness of the ideal and belief education of student party members and give full play to the exemplary leading role of student party members,we must adhere to the ideological guidance of Marxism,the political guidance of the Communist Party of China and the key tasks of college student party branches,and stabilize the direction of ideal and belief education;Follow the law of the generation of ideals and beliefs and the law of the growth and development of student party members to enhance the attractiveness of ideal and belief education;Promote the innovation of the content and form of ideal and belief education,and implement the task of ideal and belief education;Optimize the campus culture environment,network education environment and peer group environment,and cultivate the atmosphere of ideal and belief education.Thus,the appeal,penetrating power and leading power of the ideal and belief education of college student Party members are continuously enhanced.
