As a special group with simple reason and little malignity,the minor involved in crime is easy to remould the correct idea and reform.On the basis of this characteristic,the policy of "No prosecution with conditions" is adopted to educate the minor involved in the crime.Juvenile Delinquency,not only can help minors involved in crime better return to normal life,more conducive to maintaining social stability.The author participated in the "conditional non-prosecution" project for minors involved in crime in the K District Procuratorate of c city during the internship,and carried out a case for Y to help and teach.The author uses the method of professional case work to establish a professional relationship with the case owner,and obtains information through interviews,such as the case owner's growing experience and family life,etc.,that is,Poor parent-child relationship leads to poor family communication,lack of awareness of the law and keep up with the Joneses.Starting with practical problems,nine times of helping and teaching services were carried out for the case owners and their parents,including legal education,relieving the pressure of the case owners,linking up external resources,counseling the case owners' parents,improving bad communication,changing the case subjective concept,etc.Finally help the family to improve the parent-child relationship,enhance communication ability,and help the case smoothly through the inspection period.The case service of Y was carried out under the condition that city C has very little experience in helping and teaching the minor involved in crime,although it lacks a certain amount of practical experience for reference,however,the good results of the case work provide reference experience for prosecutors and social work organizations in city C to carry out such help and education work,highlighting theimportant point that the family is an important entry point for helping and educating minors involved in crime,through the case work can be more targeted to help minors involved in crime.In addition,the practice proves once again that the case work helps the procuratorial organs realize the conditional non-prosecution of minors involved in crimes,laying a foundation for the case work to intervene in the field of juvenile justice,it also provides the practical experience for the case work of C city.
