| The personality of minors has not yet formed,and they are easily influenced by the outside world in terms of cognition and behavior.Some minors are involved in crimes due to impulse and other reasons,but they have a strong sense of remorse.Punishment and failing to give them psychological intervention and behavior correction in time,for this part of minors,it is very likely that they will lose an opportunity to integrate into society normally,leading to secondary crimes.For this type of group,social work intervention provides a good opportunity for this group of minors.While providing correctional assistance,it can also enable minors involved in minor crimes to carry out their social life without departing from the social trajectory.Reduce secondary crimes.The focus of this research is on minors who have made conditional non-prosecution for minor crimes.During the internship,they came into contact with a number of criminal minor cases.Through interviews and investigations,we learned that the backgrounds of these cases are mostly similar.Adults lack family education and there are problems in the development of their own cognitive behaviors.The cognitive behavior theory believes that behaviors can be changed by changing cognition,and through the intervention of social workers to provide cognitive assistance to minors involved in crimes to correct their crimes behavior.Intervene by the method of case work,supported by cognitive behaviorism and social support theory,use interview and observation methods to collect data,assist the client to understand the severity of violence at a deeper level,restrain his own impulse and gradually correct the violent behavior;Intervene in the client’s family to improve parent-child communication and promote the parent-child relationship between the client and the mother;link community help and education resources to provide school support,so that the client can gain support from peer groups,fully integrate all social forces,and provide conditional non-prosecution for minors People establish a social support network to convince the client that they can make a positive change,and provide assistance and education to minors who are not subject to prosecution from multiple angles,so that they can smoothly return to society.In this paper,the social workers in this paper focus on helping and educating the client.Through the help and education of the client,they complete the observation and protection of the client in the process of helping and educating the client. |
