The Legal Ontology Analysis Of The "National Intelligence Law" Based On The LDA Theme Model

In recent years,under the trend of globalization,China's national security has become increasingly complicated.The rapid spread of information,technology,and intelligence has not only brought opportunities for development,but also unprecedented challenges.And intelligence work is an important part of the national security field.It is even more necessary to formulate reasonable laws and regulations to restrict,standardize and guarantee,in order to better play the role of intelligence as "eyes,ears,and staff." Therefore,this article starts with the legal text of the National Intelligence Law.After necessary processing of the text content,it uses the LDA topic model to mine the text,and combines the elements in the ontology model to build a legal ontology model.The analysis has better clarified the relationship within the text,highlighting the "national leadership" principle of intelligence work,which helps the "National Intelligence Law" to better play its role,and can also provide reference and analysis for other laws reference.The purpose and significance of this article is to construct a logical model and framework by analyzing the logical relationships within the legal text of the National Intelligence Law,which can not only fully reflect the connotation and spirit of this law,but also the analysis of other similar laws and regulations serves as a reference and can also lay the foundation for the realization of the model in reality.In order to achieve the above purpose,starting with the legal text of the National Intelligence Law,after necessary processing of the text content,the text analysis is performed using the LDA topic model,and at the same time,the analyzed models and several elements in the ontology framework are analyzed.Use one-to-one correspondence to ensure that the model is logical.Through the analysis of the above-mentioned series of methods and means,it is found that the logical relationship between the various parts of the law of the "National Intelligence Law" is relatively close,which can well reflect the working principle of "National Leadership" and the "People-Oriented","Nationality" concept;it also provides inspiration for the analysis of other laws.
