With the rapid development of e-commerce,e-commerce platforms bring economic benefits to the whole society,and user privacy leaks frequently occur.In order to protect the security of personal information,e-commerce platform operators use the privacy policy to inform users to how to collect and process personal information,whether to share it with third parties,etc.,and then choose whether to continue to engage in network behavior.The protection of consumer information privacy is directly related to the development of e-commerce,which has a profound impact on the interaction model between e-commerce companies and consumers.On January 25,2019,the Central Network Information Office,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology,the Ministry of Public Security,and the General Administration of Market Supervision held a press conference e on “Special Governance of the Collection and Use of Personal Information for the Collection of Criminal Violations and Regulations” in Beijing,officially releasing the “About the Implementation of APP Violations”.The “Regulations on the Collection of Special Uses of Personal Information for Violations” highlights the country's emphasis on the protection of personal information.Therefore,the evaluation of the e-commerce platform consumer privacy policy has important theoretical and social significance.The purpose of this article is to analyze the consumer privacy policies of e-commerce platforms and evaluate them,to provide ideas for the formulation and safeguard measures of consumer privacy policies on e-commerce platforms,and hope to protect consumers 'personal information security.On the basis of this,the healthy and sound operation of the e-commerce industry is promoted.Review and collate the research results of consumer privacy policies of representative e-commerce platforms in China,analyze and summarize the current research on privacy policies and consumer privacy policies of e-commerce platforms.Starting from the concepts related to consumer privacy policies on commercial platforms,the S-CAD evaluation and analysis method is used to evaluate and analyze the privacy policy,point out the problems in the process of formulation and implementation of the privacy policy,and comprehensively and systematically propose relevant optimization suggestions.The study found that the rigor of the internal logical association of the current e-commerce platform consumer privacy policy needs to be strengthened,and the economic efficiency of the policy is not high enough.Although it has a high degree of political legitimacy,it still needs to be strengthened in terms of implementation feasibility.
