Shandong Province Procuratorate Research On The Disposal Of Internet Public Opinions Involved In Prosecutio

Nowadays,in the context of the online public opinion has entered the era of “everyone is media”,citizens are gradually expressing demands for profits and supervising public power through the Internet.As the national legal supervision organ,the procuratorial organ is the focus of netizens' supervision and the focus of online public opinion.In this paper,the research focuses on the prevention of the public opinion of the prosecution network and the scientific response to the public opinion of the prosecution network,analyzes and discusses how to solve the current problems,through the research on the handling of the public opinion of the prosecutorial network.It has a positive significance for the procuratorial organs to improve the quality of handling cases,reduce judicial corruption,and improve judicial credibility.This paper explores the depth of the procuratorial organs' handling of public opinion in the network involved in the prosecution,that is,not only pay attention to the response after the public opinion occurs,but also focus on strengthening daily source prevention and repair after the crisis is eliminated,pay attention to the collaboration with relevant government departments,media and the public,to realize the overall and staged grasp in the process of responding to online public opinion.Start with related concepts and theories to clarify the connotation and extension of the public opinion of the network involved in prosecution;apply “ the theories of group psychology ” to clarify the formation mechanism of public opinion of the network involved in prosecution.Subsequently,with the guidance of the public crisis management theory and the support of cases,this paper summarizes the current situation of the public opinion disposal of the procuratorate in Shandong Province,clarifies the existing problems and analyzes the reasons one by one.Finally,based on the analysis,specific recommendations are made.Through analysis and research,it is concluded that:(1)The overall situation of public opinion in Shandong's prosecution network is controllable,the public opinion environment has stabilized and improved,and public opinion disposal has achieved initial results.(2)Due to insufficient understanding of the importance of public opinion on the inspection network,deviations in response concepts,imperfect response systems and mechanisms,and inadequate coordination,there are series of questions,such as,lack of insufficient prevention awareness,lack of guidance awareness,single response subject,and improper disposal,etc.(3)Finally,this article puts forward targeted suggestions to truly prevent the source of network public opinion involving the procuratorial organs and deal with it scientifically.
