At present,our country is stepping into the deep-water area of reform,and the social transformation is constantly facing difficulties and challenges.The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC)made the important judgment that "socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era".As we enter a new era,our nation will face new challenges.In the midst of this,the people's police plays a very important role.As the most sacrificial occupation in peacetime,the people's police shoulder the responsibility of maintaining national security and social stability.And SWAT is the most well-equipped and the most sound police force among the people's police.In recent years,violent terrorist attacks and major mass incidents occur frequently,and SWAT are more and more known in the disposal of such cases.SWAT professional identity is also more and more attention.The professional identity of SWAT refers to the SWAT team members' views on the goal,social value and other factors of the occupation,which are consistent with the social evaluation and expectation of the occupation.Today's society is fast-paced and stressful,and the SWAT team members are engaged in high-intensity and high-risk work.The SWAT's good recognition of their profession has a significant impact on individuals,others and the society,so it cannot be ignored.At present,there are few researches on the professional identity of the people's police,and the research on the professional identity of SWAT is almost blank.This paper attempts to investigate the degree of professional identity of SWAT team members through the theories and methods of public management,taking the members of SWAT detachment in R city as an example,analyzes the factors affecting the professional identity of SWAT team members and summarizes them,and then proposes appropriate countermeasures to improve the professional identity of SWAT team members.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part brings out the questions,and introduces the research background and significance of the article.Through a large number of data search,reading,analysis and summary,we can understand and classify the research and conclusions on similar topics both at home and abroad.The research method of this article is explained at the end of this part.The second part takes the SWAT in the city of R as the research object,and obtains a large amount of first-hand information about SWAT team members of R city through observation and interview research methods,and sorts,classifies and analyzes the original data.This paper summarizes the current situation and problems of professional identity of SWAT team members in R city.The third part,based on the original data,combined with the actual case of SWAT in R city,puts forward the factors affecting the professional identity of the SWAT team members,including internal factors,which can also be called individual factors and external factors.This paper does a comprehensive combing from the SWAT team members to the unit environment and social environment.In the third part of the analysis of the factors affecting SWAT team members,we can find that most of the factors are negative factors,which has led to a lowprofessional identity of SWAT team members.In this case,it is not conducive to SWAT team members to perform their tasks and to the safety of national society.In the fourth part of this article,the author proposes countermeasures to improve the sense of professional identity of SWAT team members based on the factors that reduce the sense of professional identity of SWAT team members combined with the realities of R City in the third part.In the fifth part of this article,the subject of this article is summarized and reflected.It is believed that the status quo of SWAT team members' low professional identity can be solved through public management.The countermeasures proposed in Part 4 can enhance the professional identity of SWAT team members better explaining the conclusion and innovation of this article.
