Abstract/Summary:
Due to the particularity and danger of their occupation,the SWAT is in a state of high load and high intensity work for a long time.Job burnout problem exists generally,lightly will lead to individuals and SWAT team brought some negative influence,seriously will lead to SWAT members break down from constant overwork and even pessimistic,suicide.Job burnout indirectly affects the team construction and work performance of public security organs,and directly affects the personal career development and physical and mental health of SWAT team members.In this paper,the 120 SWAT team members and auxiliary polices in the SWAT detachment of H city public security bureau were firstly determined as the research object,and questionnaires were issued to them.Adopted domestic chao-ping li,a professor at the revision of the general version of burnout scale and their source of job burnout scale,and then the questionnaire survey to collect the effective data into SPSS data analysis software,by descriptive analysis,Pearson correlation analysis and single factor variance analysis methods such as the effective data analysis,found the H city public security bureau police detachment of the SWAT team conforms to job burnout of the general situation,mainly embodied in the body function decline,emotional loneliness,low job satisfaction and self-esteem disappear this four aspects,And from the personal level,the professional level,the organizational level,the social level four levels analysis of the specific reasons for the SWAT burnout.On the basis of summarizing the performance and causes of the burnout of the members of SWAT detachment of H city public security bureau,the countermeasures to improve the burnout of the SWAT team members were put forward,which mainly included the strategies of improving physical function,emotional support,enhancing the sense of work achievement and recovering the sense of self-esteem.The research findings of this paper not only help to solve the burnout of the SWAT detachment of the public security bureau of H city,but also help to improve the data of the burnout of the national SWAT,so as to provide certain reference significance for the healthy development of the occupation of the SWAT.
