This paper analyses the development background of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing and Internet of Things,as well as the demand background of new tasks and challenges faced by public security work under the new situation,carefully studies the development status of related work at home and abroad.Based on the field investigation and analysis of the work demand and business needs of police officers in a city's public security organ,a police combat platform was designed and implemented.The platform effectively integrates various data resources,breaks the barriers of isolated information island,and transforms workflow into information flow,greatly improving the efficiency of police officers.The centralized circulation of instructions in the platform is more convenient for command and dispatch,closer to actual combat,and enhances the core combat effectiveness of public security organs.In the process of platform design and implementation,the main functional processes are sorted out and optimized by using modeling language.According to the principle of "high cohesion and low coupling",module division and functional design are carried out.Finally,a police combat platform including command and dispatch,data early warning,control and alarm,case investigation,dynamic control,police research and adjudication,business management and other modules was designed and implemented.The platform connects provincial and municipal application systems and multiple business databases to realize information sharing of public security data;combined with Hadoop and Storm systems to perform batch processing and streaming computing,to achieve various types of data integration processing and analysis.Real-time collection of all kinds of element data,collision and correlation using cloud computing,to achieve data early warning;carry out all-round three-dimensional investigation on suspected objects,obtain panoramic information of the objects,carry out arrangement and control processing according to analysis and judgment,and realize landing investigation and control through sign-in feedback.Relying on the police geographic information platform to display all kinds of police resources,to achieve real-time scheduling;using the corresponding location positioning algorithm to achieve the trajectory positioning and prediction of the detection object;using visualization technology,a variety of research reports are formed to assist decision-making.The whole system is deployed on a cloud platform and adopts a load balancing strategy to effectively ensure the overall performance and stability of the system.After testing and trial operation,the platform has been put on line smoothly and running well.
