With the advent of 5g era,mobile phone has become one of the main communication tools of criminals.The analysis of daily police bills is not only heavy,but also boring,which to a certain extent affects the efficiency of solving cases.Based on the actual needs of the front-line police officers,this thesis designs and develops a bill analysis system which can meet the requirements of digital and intelligent development of bill analysis of all kinds of business police.The purpose of this system is to improve the efficiency of solving cases of all kinds of police,greatly reduce the workload of public security personnel,and lay a foundation for further promoting the development of public security informatization,digitalization and intelligence.Firstly,in view of the large amount of data in the current police call list and the inability of the existing system to meet the requirements of rapid storage and analysis,this thesis investigates the application and research of the police call list at home and abroad,and puts forward the necessity and important application value of building the police call list analysis system.Then,the working principle and characteristics of spring,struts 2,Java,Ajax and other framework technologies needed for system development are described in detail.Then,the demand analysis,business function analysis and business process analysis of the police call list analysis system are carried out in detail,the system function is designed,and the scope of software development and the goal of function realization are clarified.According to the specific use scenarios of police personnel,the system additionally puts forward new functional requirements: system security,data integrity,system compatibility,etc.;in determining the police call Under the principle of single analysis system design,the overall software design structure and application program architecture;and the network architecture and related hardware deployment scheme are designed to ensure the stable operation of the system.Finally,according to the design rules and standards,we start to develop the police call list analysis system.The developed police call list analysis system includes interpersonal relationship path analysis,multi-dimensional spatiotemporal collision analysis,merge slice analysis,old and new number analysis,interpersonal relationship search,interpersonal relationship drilling,similarity analysis,common contact analysis,abnormal call analysis,suspicious relationship analysis and system management.Each functional module is designed in detail and coded by UML Now,the system is tested in terms of data consistency,data integrity,function,business process and performance.The test results show that the system functions normally,meets the actual needs and has stable performance,and can be officially released online.This thesis designs and develops a police call list analysis system based on the big data of communication call list,which realizes the collection,integration,storage,mining,analysis and comprehensive application of the police call list data,effectively improves the police officers' ability to analyze the police call list,so as to improve the efficiency of case detection,speed up the process of case detection,realize the monitoring of key personnel and reduce crime Rate,thus maintaining social stability.At the same time,it also provides relevant information and decision support for police officers to "prevent in advance,control in the event and detect after the event" of social security.
