Research On The Optimization Of Government Services In Donggang District, Rizhao City Under The Background Of "Internet +"

At present,the public demands more and more for the government public service,which is more and more serious.In this environment,the traditional government service has been unable to meet the huge demand.The Internet plus government service has effectively solved this problem by integrating information technology and government services with the help of the Internet.In order to explore the application of Internet plus government services in China,this paper takes Donggang district government service center as the research object,and carries out research on its government service center through IPA analysis.By means of questionnaire survey,it gets the importance and satisfaction of the public to each item of Donggang district government service center,and comprehensively analyzes its Internet plus government service.Application of.The research of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is about the background and significance of the research.It is considered that "Internet plus government service" is the trend of the times and the right way.The second part analyzes the development strategy of E-government in our country to understand the environment of e-government.The third part introduces the methods used in this paper,IPA analysis method is based on the questionnaire survey,through the data analysis of the survey results,in order to analyze the data from two aspects of "importance" and "satisfaction",and get the items in which Donggang District government service center needs to be strengthened.The fourth part focuses on the research of this paper.It explores the current situation of Donggang District Government Affairs Service Center from the perspective of the public.It analyzes all the attributes from the geographical location,humanized facilities,humanized system,event information acquisition,work efficiency,event handling process,information interactive feedback and other aspects.The attribute in the fourth quadrant is Donggang Urgent problems to be solved by the government affairs center of the port area.From the survey results,this paper thinks that the main problems of the application of "Internet plus government services" in Rizhao City Donggang District Service Center are in the aspects of complaint feedback,slow process and information acquisition.In these aspects,the public generally think it is very important,but Donggang District government service center is not very satisfied with this.The fifth part,the paper further analyzes the results obtained by the survey,summarizes the problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to play a certain role in the promotion of "Internet plus government services".
