Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Management Of Rural Tourism In Jimo District, Qingdao City

Clear water and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver.Rural tourism has become an important measure and endogenous driving force to promote the development of agriculture and rural areas,win the fight against poverty,implement the strategy of rural revitalization and promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.In order to vigorously develop the rural tourism industry,combined with its attributes as public goods,the government needs to carry out macroscopic intervention and access from the overall planning,industrial development,operation management and other aspects of rural tourism to promote the rise and development of rural tourism.This paper will be divided into five parts,the first expounds the significance of research on rural tourism management at the grass-roots level in our country and the background,the relevant concepts of this paper and,on the basis of relevant theoretical research,inductive analysis of many experts and scholars both at home and abroad research results in the rural tourism management,further clarify the research direction,research from the Angle of the grass-roots government in the rural tourism management problems,reasons and countermeasures.Secondly,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural tourism management in Jimo District,Qingdao city,and summarizes the existing problems and causes of rural tourism management in Jimo District through case analysis.Thirdly,we should draw on the experience of some provinces and cities in China and some regions in the United States and South Korea in rural tourism management.Finally,on the basis of the above researches,Suggestions are put forward to improve the rural tourism management in Jimo District.First,resources development,utilization and protection should be done well through in-depth investigation and research.According to the investigation situation,the development plan should be improved through phased evaluation and design.Second,local governments should pay more attention to it,increase investment in rural tourism infrastructure,strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission of managers,give play to the independent advantages of industry associations and other measures to gradually improve the management system.Optimize the service mechanism by promoting the coordinated development of departments,fulfilling supervision responsibilities and improving human resource management;Third,we will strengthen policy support for investment,tourism project financing and cultural protection.We will strengthen the standardized management of rural tourism by improving the supervision system,law enforcement system and emergency management.We will strengthen exploration and application of new technologies such as 5G,big data and blockchain,and improve the management of rural tourism.
