Research On The Improvement Of Urban Public Emergency Management Capabilities

Since 2018,Qingdao has successfully undertake the SCO Qingdao Summit,the 70 th anniversary of the Qingdao Marine activities,boao Asia BBS world health assembly,multinational corporations leaders' summit and other major activities,strive to build a new platform "the Belt and Road" of international cooperation,the city built around the "Learn from shenzhen,catch up with shenzhen" great development and progress,people happiness of life gradually increase,the management level of city management ability are also increase.At the same time,there is no denying that there are still problems in many aspects of urban public management and many hidden dangers in cities.Faced with the new requirements in the new period of urban development,how to improve the government's urban emergency management ability,better serve the urban development,and create a more livable environment for the citizens is an important issue for the city manager and the main body of urban public emergency management--the Qingdao municipal government to think about.In this paper,the author summarizes the seriously Qingdao government department in charge of the business practices in urban public emergency management,through the way such as access to information,actively using research methods such as literature research,comparative research,analyzes the Qingdao city on the problems existing in the urban public emergency management,analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward some personal feel more reasonable and can be easily adaptable approach and recommendations.
