With the development of social economy,people's living standards have been constantly improved.People pay more and more attention to their own health management,so that seeking higher quality medical services has become a strong demand of the public.However,in the past,the traditional medical service based on disease control has been unable to meet the national pursuit of personalized medical services.Based on this,the signing service of family doctors came into being.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the implementation of the health China strategy,it is clearly put forward that the family doctor signing service is an important way to deepen the grass-roots medical and health service system.The implementation of family doctor signing service will become the key to promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.By using the way of social residents and family doctor team signing medical service contract,some patients with less disease degree will be separated from large hospitals,so that patients can be treated in time,meanwhile,the reception burden of large hospitals can be reduced,and the economic pressure of patients can be reduced.It can be seen that family doctor signing service will become an important cornerstone of China's medical and health service system reform,and family doctors will gradually bear the burden of national "health gatekeepers".Since the country has vigorously implemented the signing service of family doctors,although the signing rate has continued to rise,some problems still emerge in the implementation process,which is manifested in the fact that the number of family doctors can not meet the medical needs of high signing rate,and the signing service quality can not meet the personalized service requirements of residents,resulting in a large number of "signing but not signing,contracting but not real" situations?Therefore,to strengthen the supervision of the contracted services of family doctors will become an urgent problem to be solved in the implementation of this medical reform policy,and the regulatory body will bear the important legal responsibility in the process of supervision.In recent years,through improving the comprehensive supervision system of the medical and health industry,the state is committed to building a professional,efficient,unified and standardized health supervision team,promoting the transformation of the supervision concept,improving the supervision ability,and guiding the reform of the medical industry supervision to advance in depth.However,the construction of the supervision system of family doctor signing service in China is still in its infancy,and there are still many areas to be improved between the upper design of the supervision subject and the implementation of the practice.Based on this,this paper focuses on the supervision subject of family doctor signing service,through understanding the policy connotation of family doctor signing service,to better grasp the setting needs of the supervision subject;through combing the actual problems exposed in the central legislative documents and local operation status,to better summarize the existing problems and reasons of the supervision subject;through learning from the British and American family doctor service system In order to further improve the construction of supervision subject of family doctor signing service in China,we should enrich the optimization path of supervision subject and combine the existing problems.
