Abstract/Summary:
With the popularity of social media,the speed of information spreading has a qualitative leap compared with traditional media.Users can use social media to spread all kinds of information.Social security incidents generally are that have a serious impact on the sudden social security incidents.In 2020,"2019-n Co V" can be identified as social security incidents."2019-n Co V" is spreading all over the world,and the information about "2019-n Co V" is also spreading in the Internet.There are two directions in spreading information: positive information is correct information and negative information is wrong information.If "2019-n Co V" product negative information,it will affect social security and stability.Therefore,it is important to study the spreading and control of information in social security incidents.This paper studied the spreading process of social security incidents,network structure and the immunization strategy to control information.A SIRV spreading model considering vaccine mechanism and authority probability is proposed,and an immunization strategy considering community interest is proposed.Combined theory with fact,the control system of social security incidents spreading analysis was designed.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)This paper introduced the research background,information spreading model,complex network and immunization strategy of social security incidents in social media.analyzed the research status of social security incidents spreading analysis and control.(2)A SIRV spreading model considering vaccine mechanism was proposed.First of all,analyzed the characteristics of spreading information in social security incidents.Consider the vaccine mechanism(spreading positive information)and the impact of authority probability in spreading information,is found that positive information and negative information have a mutually antagonistic state in social security incidents.Secondly,combined with the dynamics of infectious diseases,the dynamic equations of SIRV spreading model are established.The stability of spreading information in the two time periods of the emergence of vaccine was analyzed.Finally,in the numerical simulation,compared with various models and parameters,the importance of vaccine and authority in spreading information was found,and the necessity of timely implementation of immunization strategy was proposed.(3)The immunization strategy considering community interest was proposed.Most of the existing immunization strategies do not consider the characteristics of the network or the heterogeneity of nodes.So,it is necessary to have an immunization strategy adapt with the network structure to control spreading information.Firstly,a directed overlapping community structure considering community interest degree was proposed.The interest degree was added to determine the community.Secondly,by analyzing the heterogeneity of nodes,the immune node is selected by the way of rich nodes and special rich nodes.Finally,the immunization strategy considering interest degree is implemented by the above two methods.The simulation results show that this immunization strategy can effectively control the spreading of information in social security incidents.(4)Based on the above control strategy of social security incidents design,the social security incidents spreading analysis and control system is designed and implemented.In social media,the format of information sent is usually text with pictures.The existing information control system still controlled the text information.Based on this problem,in order to comprehensive recognize of words and pictures,the system used search engine and crawler to collect social security incidents,positive and negative information.Two methods of Bert model to verify text similarity and feature code to verify picture similarity were used to control information.The prototype system can adapt to the existing information structure of social media.(5)From the perspective of management,this paper analyzed the problems of social security incidents in social media.The management strategies of social security incidents were designed in social media from multiple perspectives.It provides decision-making departments with further methods to control spreading information.
