Since the implementation of China's family planning policy,a large number of family planning families have emerged. At present, parents of family planning families have gradually entered the aging stage.According to the 20% of elderly people in family planning families provided by the National Health and Health Committee and the number of elderly people aged 60 and above at the end of 2019 was 25.388 million,it can be estimated that there are currently 50.776 million family planning elderly in China.Due to the small number of children in family planning and the pressure on children and the elderly, the elderly receive relatively little family support, and more need the support of the state and society. This article uses the 2014(2016)China Family Development Tracking Survey data, based on the "Seniors aged 60 and over" and "Family Questionnaires",using descriptive statistical methods, from labor employment and income expenditure, medical status, health status, pension Analysis of four major aspects of protection. The results found that: compared with the elderly in non-family planning families, the elderly in family planning families had more advantages in terms of income expenditure, personal health, medical conditions, and basic living security;the proportion of family planning elderly working outside was lower, but the working hours were relatively Longer;elderly people from non-family families are more likely to be cared for by their loved ones, and intergenerational relationships are weaker among family members. In order to build a comprehensive evaluation index system for the elderly of family planning elderly, this paper uses the academic views of Zhou Great Wall and Mu Guangzong as the basis, and uses a factor analysis method to screen out 10 key indicators from 18 indicators. The rating system includes self-care(0.404),economic activity(0.293),consumer expenditure(0.153),and mental health(0.150).This fully reflects that their own condition is the key factor for the elderly in family planning families. This article uses the constructed indicator system to evaluate the overall pension level(F)of each elderly person in the family in the sample and the level of each component, that is,self-care level(F),economic activity level(F),consumption expenditure level(F),and mental health level(F),taking various scores as dependent variables, introducing age, gender, marital status, education level, and employment status as independent variables to construct a multivariate linear regression model, and draw the following conclusions: First, males, high education,Family planning elderly people who work and have a spouse are better off overall;second, women, lower education, working family members who work in family planning are better able to take care of themselves;third, men, highly educated,non-workers,and spouses The level of economic activity is high;fourth, the consumption expenditure of the elderly with a high level of education,a spouse, and not working outside the home is higher;fifth, the health of the elderly of family planning families who are young, male, highly educated,do not go out to work, and have a spouse high.Based on this, this article aims to further improve the quality of life of elderly people in family planning families, and puts forward specific suggestions from the perspectives of society, family and individual.
