| China implemented family planning policy in the 60s and 70s of last century.In the first generation of only child parents,there were some special groups.Their only child had been disabled or died.Accidents happen only to one child,which makes these families suffer from life and emotion.This group of people has also become a social vulnerable group and faces many difficulties in life.The purpose of this study is to improve the status of life difficulties in families with special difficulties in family planning in the Zhenxing District of Dandong.This paper takes Dandong City Zhenxing District families with special difficulties in family planning as the research object,first the foreign research on the social assistance system and care service related theory and the domestic about families with special difficulties in family planning related researches,summarizes the related concepts and theoretical basis.Then 400 samples were collected in the Zhenxing area of Dandong city by collecting data from the questionnaire.Through the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data,we summed up the family life status and practical difficulties:low income,unattended life and mental state.The analysis shows that there are three main reasons:first,the low standard of the existing security system;two,the slow development of community services and social services,and the limited sources of life care services;three,the lack of spiritual comfort system and lack of psychological services.Finally put forward three countermeasures to solve the above problems and reasons:one is to establish the dynamic adjustment assistance mechanism,improve the old-age insurance and medical insurance level,the development of the housing reverse mortgage system,improve the economic income;two is the positive development of institutions and social services community,establish the basic information database,the development of the guardianship system,nursing insurance system,perfect care system;three is the positive development of voluntary service,to build a platform for mutual care,establishing special pension institutions attach great importance to spiritual care. |
