Saudi Arabia and Iran,as the most influential countries in the Middle East, have been in successive confrontation in recent years. From the foreign attitudes to proxy war, there are full of competition.Historical elements and early-time interaction impose the pursue of predominated identity and then established common ideas that they are in mutual competition. After the outbreak of Iranian revolution, the competition and confrontation between them realize the formation of identity of “competitor” and competitive conceptual structure.Once established, this concept structure brings more competitiveness to their interaction, through constructing identity of mutual competitors, competition gradually becomes the core of policy-making conception. In The Middle East Region of post-Arab Spring, the competitive conceptual structure between two countries has set up the identity of mutual competitor, which extends the competition between Saudi Arabia and Iran to the whole region, especially in Syria and Yemen.
