Research On The Improvement Of Anti-unfair Competition Indicators In The Business Environment Evaluation System

The business environment is an important soft power for economic regional development.Doing a good job in optimizing the business environment is conducive to deepening reform and opening up,and driving high-quality and sustainable development of the economy.Based on the incentive principle of "promoting construction through evaluation",further optimization of the business environment requires the establishment of a scientific and comprehensive business environment evaluation system.Although the maintenance of market fair competition order plays an important role in the optimization of business environment,there are some problems in the current business environment evaluation system in China,such as anti-unfair competition law enforcement,judicial work indicators missing or imperfect,which seriously affect the further optimization of the state-owned business environment.In this regard,this paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects: the improvement of relevant regulations on business environment optimization,the inclusion of anti-unfair competition law enforcement indicators and the improvement of anti-unfair competition judicial indicators,hoping to give full play to the role of anti-unfair competition law enforcement and judicial work,and promote the further optimization of our state-owned business environment.
