With the continuous development of society,social contradictions change rapidly,all kinds of crimes are diversified and complicated trend.China's prison work highlights the special nature of the times,adapts to the needs of social development,shows the concept of prison system,the direction of execution diversification,police professional expertization,prison security mechanism long-term,the implementation of the rule of law,prison work is facing a severe test.The prison police,as the main body of law enforcement activities in prison work,also faces new challenges.Therefore,correctly grasp the characteristics of the prison police,recognize the current situation of the prison police force,to "political police,strong quality police,according to law police,from preferential treatment of police" as the guidelines,and strive to build a proven,completed task of the prison police force,which is the current prison work urgent and important task.Prisons are the penal enforcement organs and the state machine.The prison police,exercising the public power of the state,not only bear the sacred duty of maintaining judicial fairness and justice,but also the important mission of educating and reforming the prisoners.Female police officers in prison police are more special,because of gender differences,in addition to the same job responsibilities as male police officers,but also have more professional particularities,in the family role,work role,social role between the non-stop change.This paper defines the core concepts of police,prison police and prison police force,and draws on the theory of expectation,the theory of two-factor motivation and the theory of human-based management.Using the literature research method,collecting the research data of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on the construction of the prison police force,combing the relevant research results of the prison police force construction,using the questionnaire method,investigating and studying the basic situation and state of mind of the women's police force in L prison in Chongqing,and using the interview method.Individual interviews were made on female police officers in L prison in Chongqing,and the information of questionnaires and individual interviews was summarized and summarized by the method of inductive analysis,and the problems existing in the construction of the women's police force in L prison in Chongqing were studied and suggestions were put forward.This paper mainly includes 6 chapters,namely,introduction,theoretical basis and concept definition,current situation analysis,problems and causes,countermeasure suggestions,conclusions and prospects.Chapter 1 is an introductory part: through the study background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status quo,to establish research ideas,methods and content.Chapter 2 is the theoretical research part: through the definition of the core concepts of police,prison police,prison women's police,etc.,the theory of expectation,two-factor theory,human-based management theory,the use of literature research,questionnaire,interview.Chapter 3 is the current situation analysis: The basic practice and main characteristics of the women's police force in Chongqing L prison.Chapter 4 is an analysis of the problems and reasons of the construction of the women's police force in L prison in Chongqing.Chapter 5 is a combination of Chongqing L prison women's police force actual,to explore countermeasures.Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect of research.The conclusions of this paper mainly include the following points:(1)the construction of the women's police force in prison has changed with the changes of society and times,including the construction of the leadership team,the training of the team talents,the sound and perfect management mechanism,etc.The essence is that the prison police,especially the prison women's police,adapt to the changing new situation of prison work and achieve the dynamic balance of prison management;The construction of the women's police force in L prison in Chongqing City has difficulties and problems such as obvious job burnout,imperfect incentive mechanism and prominent psychological sub-health,and(4)the countermeasures and suggestions of the construction of the women's police force in L prison in Chongqing can start from improving the scientific incentive mechanism,strengthening the management of education and training,and maintaining the physical and mental health of female police officers.The innovation of this thesis is based on the author's grass-roots work feeling,taking the women's police officer of Chongqing L prison as the research object,to explore the problems and countermeasure suggestions of the construction of the women's police force in the prison.There are two main shortcomings in the study of this thesis,one is the special nature of prison,in the current situation of the research team,there are disciplinary requirements for the collection of information,there are certain limitations to the acquisition of data.Second,the author experience is shallow,academic ability is insufficient,in the questions and countermeasures to be refined,but also need to practice the test.
