Women’s federations are important mass organizations in China.Since the founding of new China,women’s federations have played an important role in every historical period.Their basic responsibilities include protecting women’s rights and interests,promoting women’s development and promoting women’s entrepreneurship and employment.They have played an important role in promoting women’s all-round development.Women’s federations have always been closely around the party and constantly promoted the development and change of the organizational form of women’s federations in accordance with the party’s policy requirements and the needs and expectations of women in the new era.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,due to the rapid development of the socialist economic era and the acceleration of social internationalization,the material and spiritual needs of women have also changed dramatically.Under the background of mass organization reform,the key to comprehensively deepen the reform of women’s federations and actively implement the "difficult action" of women’s federations lies in Comprehensively Strengthening the construction of women’s federations,Innovating the way women’s Federation organizations contact women’s masses is a new test and new difficulty for women’s Federation cadres.Building a team of high-quality women’s Federation cadres is a new mission entrusted to women’s Federation in the new era.Fully implement the central government’s policy deployment,correctly grasp the overall requirements of improving the "Three Natures",take solving the prominent social problems separated from women groups such as the "four modernizations" as the basic focus,and actively promote the institutional reform of women’s federations and the innovative development of women’s work by gradually innovating the working mechanism and management mode,organizational setting and work style of women’s federations,We will promote women’s federations to give full play to their functions,safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the broad masses of women,promote women’s entrepreneurship and innovative development,more closely rally the broad masses of women around the Party Central Committee,and guide the broad masses of women to listen to and follow the party.Taking the current group reform as the background,this paper focuses on the problems faced by the team construction of women’s Federation,the factors forming the problems and the relevant suggestions.Using the form of questionnaire to carry out comprehensive analysis,taking Panjin women’s Federation as an example,combined with their own work experience in Panjin women’s Federation,through interviews with the staff of women’s Federation,we can get the current situation of women’s Federation work and the problems existing in team construction.Using interviews to find problems,make a comprehensive analysis of the problems,analyze the deep-seated reasons for their formation,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the team construction of Panjin women’s Federation in combination with the actual work of Panjin women’s Federation.
