Research On The Practice Path Of The Party And Country's Meritorious System Under The Background Of Strict Party Management

Under the strict and strict administration of the party,the party and state meritorious system as an incentive mechanism plays an important role for individuals,the party,and the country.Based on the historical evolution of the meritorious honor system of the party and the country,this article analyzes the practice and experience of the meritorious honor system in Europe,America,and the Soviet Union,and faces the outstanding issues of the meritorious honor system in China.This article consists of an introduction,a body,and a conclusion in a structural framework.The details are as follows:The introduction mainly expounds the origins of the research on the meritorious system of party and state merit under the background of strictly governing the party,and studies the theoretical and practical significance of this issue.At the same time,it summarizes the research status in this field.The text is mainly composed of five parts:The first part expounds the basic theoretical issues of the party and state meritorious system.First,the relevant concepts of the party and state merit system are defined,such as the theory of merit honor system,party and state merit honor system,and the comprehensive and strict governance of the party and party and state merit honor system.Secondly,based on the theory of motivation theory,imitation theory,and image transmission theory,the four major functions of the party and the country's meritorious system under the background of strict party governance are put forward.The second part discusses the historical evolution of the party and state meritorious system.The development of the party and the country's meritorious system in the three stages of the new democratic revolution period,the socialist revolution and construction period,and the new period of reform and opening up are reviewed and summarized.The third part discusses the innovation and development of the meritorious system of the party and the country since the 18 th National Congress from the aspects of sound institutional system and practical exploration.The fourth part analyzes the practices and lessons of the meritorious system of major European and American countries and the Soviet Union.I look forward to providing experience in building a reasonable party and national meritorious system of honor.The fifth part,according to the current problems of the party and the country's meritorious honor system,and the lessons of the Soviet meritorious system,so as to propose several suggestions to improve the party and the country's meritorious honor system.It mainly discusses from the establishment of a correct party and state meritorious honor view,the establishment of a scientific party and national meritorious honor selection mechanism,and the improvement of the party and national meritorious honor management system.The conclusion is a brief summary of the problems and shortcomings in this paper.
