Research On Government Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Of Tongliao Radio And Television Network

With the increasing development of science and technology,the broadcast networks,telecommunication network and Internet network connectivity which is formed by the triple play,business integration,resource sharing,against the background of IPTV,mobile client and other forms of new media appeared,is gradually changing the way people access to information,and in the digital and interactive brought great convenience to people's life.However,as the representative of traditional media,in the new media environment,the traditional audio-visual supervision model has been unable to cope with the new changes and challenges,and the broadcasting network itself has the dual attributes of ideology and industry,government supervision is necessary.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the effective regulatory methods and mechanisms of radio and television networks in the new era and situation,and to promote the legalization of regulatory system.Taking Tong Liao radio and television networks company as an example,through survey analysis,system introduction to radio and television networks itself,characteristics and the present situation of regulation,find the problems existing in the process of government regulation,and USES the literature analysis,find the related theory,an analysis of the causes of radio and television networks government regulation,and fully draw lessons from foreign advanced supervision mechanism,system and system design,on the basis of Suggestions to consummate the some Suggestions to the government regulation of Tong Liao radio and television networks company.This paper finds that the government departments in Tongliao radio and television network service supervision work has some problems,such as the supervision effect is difficult to play,the supervision time lags behind,and the charging and pricing method is single.This paper believes that the main reasons for the above problems are the imperfect supervision system,the confusion of government supervision and management functions,and the imperfection of laws and regulations system.In view of these problems,based on the experience of foreign radio and television network government supervision,this paper further puts forward suggestions on strengthening the construction of government supervision system,clarifying the supervision and management functions,optimizing the supervision system,and constructing diversified supervision mechanism.
