The heritage of minority language and culture is one of the important tasks of minority education in our country,and bilingual education is the most important measure to undertake the task and achieve this goal.However,because of the influence of such factors as the population distribution,language environment and cultural context,the minority bilingual education pattern is different.In this context,scholars need to ponder two questions.That is,how to deal with the relationship of Chinese and minority language,and of main ethic culture and the minority culture;how to realize the two-way learning of language and culture by making full use of bilingual education.To solve above problems,this paper primarily consulted the former scholars' research,then combed and discussed the relevant literature on the relationship between language attitude and cultural identity,bilingual education and cultural identity,we also made some related prophase investigation for the further study.Basing on the preparing working,we formed the research argument and hypothesis of this paper.That is,ethnic minority individuals has different identity between native langue(native culture)and Chinese(Chinese culture)because of many factors as language environment and bilingual education pattern in the background of bilingual education.Based on above,this study selected the Korean and Uyghur as the main object,the bilingual education as the research background,to further discuss that weather the attitude of bilingual(Chinese and native language)and the cultural identity is different between them,or not.The main research methods this study used are questionnaire and interview.SPSS also used in the data statistic and analysis.On this basis,we found that the result of the study in consistent with the research hypothesis.Consequently,this paper analyses the phenomenon of bilingual imbalance under bilingual education from multiple dimensions,and then it also discusses the difference of language attitude and cultural identity between Korean and Uygur,from the perspective of the choice of both language and culture.We finally formed the conclusion of this paper:the Korean to Chinese identity is higher than Uygur,and identification of the native language is below than the Uygur;in the aspect of Chinese culture and the native cultural identity,Korean and Uygur keep consistent with their language identity and attitude.Then,this paper also discusses the causes of this phenomenon respectively from the macro and micro aspect with multiple dimensions.Macro aspect mainly include differences in language environment,the effect of bilingual education and the difference of the understanding of the bilingual education;Micro aspect mainly include the differences of their Chinese learning attitudes,the consciousness of the national culture inheritance as well as the bilingual teaching practice.Finally,it's also put some suggestions from the perspective of consciousness and the concrete practice of bilingual education,for bilingual to realize the better protection and inheritance of ethnic language and culture,and the harmonious development of language.
