Myanmar is linked by rivers and mountains with China,it is a great neighbor of China,Chinese education in Myanmar has also began in the 19th century.With the increase of treading and cultural exchanging,Chinese education has been paid more and more attention in Myanmar.However,the Chinese schools in Myanmar are mainly still supported by local Chinese funded start-up.In this situation,many Chinese language schools in Myanmar especially in the north Myanmar offered the courses still as the same to Chinese traditional schools.It is easy for the enthnic Chinese who have Chinese base to learn Chinese,but in recent years,more and more non-enthnic Chinese also begin to Chinese language schools to learn Chinese,the courses offered by the Chinese language schools cannot meet the needs of learners who want to learn Chinese.In order to meet the increasing demand for Chinese language learning,Chinese language schools need to make appropriate adjustments in the curriculum,and keep pace with the times to promote the development of Chinese language education.The first chapter introducts the purpose and the sources of the study;The second chapter,from the curriculum background of Chinese language education in northern Myanmar Bhamo Buddhist school,Chinese teaching curriculum objectives,Chinese textbooks,Composition of Chinese teachers and local students,the curriculum of Chinese teaching these five aspects to introduce relatively chaotic situation on the curriculum of North Myanmar Bhamo Buddhist school;The third chapter,through the questionnaire survey in the teaching period,interviews and classroom observation found the problems and analysis that the current curriculum of Chinese language education in northern Myanmar Bhamo Buddhist school;In the fourth chapter,based on the above problems and analysis,this paper puts up with some suggestions and measures to improve the Chinese teaching curriculum;The fifth chapter is the conclusion.Through this paper,the author hopes that more and more Chinese and non Chinese schools in Myanmar will pay more attention to the establishment of Chinese language teaching curriculum,according to the needs of students to develop more suitable curriculum for local students to learn Chinese language,then promote the development of Chinese language education.
