The construction of oversea-Chinese language teaching team is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of Myanmar Chinese language education.The quality of teachers is one of the main problems that Current oversea-Chinese language education facing.On the basis of the theory of teacher professional development,the theory of teaching competencies and the theory of oversea-Chinese language education,this paper conducted a survey on the teaching quality of primary school Chinese teachers in the Tachilek Dahua Buddhist Model School(“Dahua School” for short)in Myanmar,drew on the research ideas of teachers' teaching quality in China,and adopted literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method.Study found that in Tachilek Dahua School represented by north Myanmar Chinese schools,primary school Chinese teachers' teaching quality situation is not optimistic,the current primary school Chinese teachers are in the lack of teaching knowledge,teaching abilities and teaching competencies in different level,the existing Chinese teachers teaching competencies in Myanmar Chinese school has become a big obstacle to oversea-Chinese language education development.Therefore,based on the actual situation of the oversea-Chinese education in northern Myanmar,this paper tries to explore feasible promotion strategies from the aspects of the oversea-Chinese schools,oversea-Chinese teachers themselves and Chinese relevant functional departments,so as to provide some reference value for improving the teaching status of Chinese teachers in northern Myanmar.The strategies are as follow:1.The school actively organizes and guides to improve the quality of Chinese teachers in primary schools.2.Primary school Chinese teachers set up the concept of lifelong learning and pay attention to self-improvement.3.Relevant functional departments increase their assistance to Chinese language education teachers in Myanmar.
