Chinese classroom management is an important part of Chinese teaching.There is classroom management when there is classroom teaching.The two are inseparable.Class management affects teaching efficiency.Teaching efficiency reflects classroom management.Efficient classroom management can promote the improvement of teaching efficiency.Inefficient teaching activities reflect the inefficiency of classroom management to a certain extent.The two are mutually reinforcing and inseparable.In recent years,with the continuous heating up of the “Belt and Road” and the opening up of Myanmar's foreign policy,China-Myanmar exchanges have become closer.Every year,a large number of volunteer Chinese language teachers are sent to Myanmar to teach Chinese.But Northern Myanmar Chinese classroom teaching has some special characteristics,and the accompanying Chinese classroom management problems inevitably also exist.In order to improve the situation and ensure that the teaching tasks are completed on time,I have selected some typical cases related to classroom management during the teaching process to analyze and try to provide some ideas for efficient classroom management.This article consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,content,objective and principle of classroom management,the current status as well as the methods of research.The second part introduces social background,origin and development of Chinese education in Myanmar,and introduces the overall situation of Chineseschools in North Myanmar from the aspects of school environment,teacher,student composition,curriculum settings,and timetable,and introduces advantages and limitations of Chinese classroom management in northern Myanmar Chinese school.The third part analyzes the case from the Chinese school education environment and student composition,timetable and other aspects to find out the causes of students' problem behaviors,and some simple solutions based on the current situation of school management.The forth part provide some suggestions for improving the Chinese classroom management level of Chinese School in Northern Myanmar,which are based on the case.The fifth part is the conclusion part,which summarizes main problems of classroom management in classroom environment,classroom rules,teacher,student and solutions at all levels.
