The new curriculum reform not only changes the educational concept of millions of physical education teachers,but also changes their daily practice of teaching roles,teaching methods,teaching behavior,teaching mode and even have been accustomed to the way of life.In this process,more and more researchers began to study the teacher classroom teaching behavior,but the expert teachers and novice teachers teaching behavior less research.Especially in the study of physical education is very few,with the results of sports scores in the proportion of the growing number of sports teacher demand is increasing year by year and a large number of new sports teachers to join the ranks of teachers and other reasons,It can be seen from the perspective of physical education to study the differences between expert teachers and novice teachers classroom teaching behavior and then promote the growth of novice teachers is essential.This paper analyzes the classroom teaching behavior of 76 middle school expert physical education teachers and 70 middle school freshmen in Nanjing from the perspective of teachers' PE classroom teaching behavior,using literature review,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method.The This paper mainly studies the direct teaching behavior and indirect teaching behavior of expert teachers and novice teachers' PE class.Among them,the direct teaching behavior is divided into linguistic teaching behavior,action class teaching behavior and implied class teaching behavior.Language teaching behavior includes 11 kinds of teaching behaviors,action teaching behavior includes five kinds of teaching behaviors,exchange teaching behavior includes four kinds of teaching behavior The Indirect teaching behavior is divided into teaching aids teaching behavior and implied class teaching behavior,teaching aids teaching behavior includes five kinds of teaching behavior,suggesting that the teaching behavior includes six kinds of teaching behavior.It is concluded that there are no significant differences in the teaching behavior between the teachers and the novice teachers in the teaching behavior of the students in the teaching of the language,and the differences in the teaching behavior of the students in the action class teaching behavior Not significant,in the exchange of teaching behavior in the organization of student groups within the group,the team leader instructs teachers to guide students to practice and interact with individual students in the teaching behavior of expert teachers and novice teachers are not significant differences in the remaining language classes,action class And there are significant differences between the expert teachers and the novice teachers in the teaching of communication.There are significant differences between the teachers and the novice teachers in the teaching of teaching aids.In the teaching of the implied class,the students play and use the personality charm and smile facial expressions There is no significant difference between expert teachers and novice teachers in behavior,and there are significant differences in other teaching behaviors.The main recommendations:the recommendations of expert teachers:expert teachers to strengthen the modern education information technology learning and skilled teaching software operation.The new teachers need to focus on the teacher's classroom by learning to observe the teaching of expert teachers and then promote their professional development;novice teachers to pay close attention to student learning activities,to strengthen the basic situation of students and learning ability to understand and Understanding;novice teachers to strengthen the practice,the accumulation of teaching experience;establish a correct concept of education.Suggestions for the school:to strengthen the training of novice teachers,strengthen mentoring docking.
