The basic unit that constitutes society is family,family harmony is related to social harmony.with the new cultural education concept impacting people's horizons,the public has also put forward new requirements for family parentchild education.Traditional old-style education is no longer suitable for the current society.Parents need to constantly update their educational concepts and add new educational elements.Adolescent parent-child conflicts have always existed.It is evident from the parent-child conflicts and the impact on parental issues.Based on this,this study collects and summarizes a series of impacts and performances on parental conflicts brought about by the parent-child conflict through interviews,and uses professional social workers to help the clients to improve their parental skills,solve the parent-child conflict problem,and finally through the effect of the service.Professional evaluation reflects the success of the service and professional reflection of the entire service.In this study,senior parents of elementary school and parents of junior high school students in the x community of Zhenjiang City were selected as the objects of the survey.Through the interview method,relevant information of the clients was collected.By focusing on the information obtained,it was found that the events that led to parent-child conflicts were mainly family affairs.,learning,money,hobbies,and peer groups,and the impact of parent-child conflicts on parents has physical and psychological effects.At the same time,the causes of parental conflicts at the time of adolescence are due to biases in parental coping styles,lack of parental education resources,unbalanced dual parental roles,and unbalanced parent-child communication.In this study,through the intervention of the group's social work,attention was paid to the promotion of parental competence to achieve the goal of solving parent-child conflicts.The group used professional theories such as family therapy and family system theory to intervene,thereby effectively improving the parent's ability to promote parenthood.Parents and children communicate effectively to solve parent-child conflicts and fully tap team members.Through the combination of the education group and the support group,on the one hand,the ability to improve parental education is enhanced.On the other hand,parents' pressure and frustration caused by parent-child problems are relieved,and self-confidence is strengthened,making intervention more effective.The study of the involvement of social work in parent-child conflicts not only helps to improve parent-child relations,but also contributes to the deepening of the development of social work,and it is very important to seek solutions that suit our country's specific circumstances.
