Research On College Students’ Network Honesty And Countermeasures

In recent years,the number of netizens is at the state of rapid growing all the time in China.As a group with relatively high knowledge level among Internet users,with their fast learning speed,strong acceptance of new things and other characteristics,college students have become the main force in the use of the network.The advantages of the network have played the greatest function college students.The Internet helps students break the barriers between contacts,facilitate the job search process,improve learning efficiency and relax their body and mind.However,as a double-edged sword,the network has both advantages and disadvantages.Due to the characteristics of virtuality,anonymity,concealment and openness,it is difficult to identify the true identity of Internet users in the network world,so they are not bound by moral law.And there is a strong self-awareness in online world,especially for undergraduates who are immature and have poor autonomy,they are extremely vulnerable to various kinds of network problems and bad information,resulting in a series of network integrity problems.The paper starts with a series of network integrity problems arising from the present college students.It brings forward an effective countermeasure to solve the network honesty of college students by combining with the background of the Times when the State promotes the Modernization of Governance capability and Governance system through the thinking of governance as the angle of view.In the first part,based on the previous scholars’ research results on college students’ network honesty,the author defines the meaning of network honesty and emphasizes content of network honesty.At the same time,it discusses the influence of network on the integrity of college students and the significance of college students’ network integrity.The second part summarizes a series of network honesty problems existed in the current network life of college students and makes a concrete analysis of the problems,which are mainly manifested in the following four aspects: the lack of honesty and credit quality of college students,the lack of effectiveness in online credit education of college students,the integrity of the network system laws and regulations which are not perfect,prevailing network dishonesty atmosphere in society.In the third part,the author combines with the background of the state’s deep governance on the network,analyzes the causes of the network integrity problems of undergraduates and tries to find effective way to solve the problem of the college students’ network integrity.
