[purpose]:Track and field especially the long jump, have a very high requirement for precision of movement, and proprioception is one of the key factors determining the accuracy of long jump. Therefore, how to improve proprioception is the key to improving the accuracy of long jump. The classic traditional training methods to improve the accuracy of treading are:placement of markers, fixed practice rhythm, adjustment of step length, etc.,are mainly through visual sensation training to improve the accuracy of long jump, and in the real sense, training for proprioception There are few methods. The Montessori concept is based on a variety of sensory integration trainings, especially the physical sensory integration ability. It is precisely because of the characteristics of the Montessori concept that Montessori's ideas and methods are introduced into the Long jump special training,it has an important value. However,Montessori's idea is mainly applied to the early childhood stage. For complicated and difficult-to-skill study, there is no design, and Montessori's concept has not been reported to improve the accuracy of the long jump. The purpose of this paper is to disturb the visual perception and enhance the proprioception of the motor skills.According to the characteristics of the long jump, this article designs a proprioceptive training with Montessori concept, improves the special ability for long jump, and expands the teaching and training concepts and methods of track and field. In addition,Montessori training improves the basic ability of neural control of muscle accuracy and provides a new method for improving the ability of nerves to control muscles.[Methods]:This study consists of two separate experiments:The first part of the experiment:Montessori training based on the characteristics of stepping on the impact of the 9-11 years old student's stepping accuracy:In the fourth-grade students of the Chengdu Normal Teacher's Affiliated to Santa Fe Primary School, through pre-exercise questionnaires to collect, screening physical and mental health 51 students who voluntarily participated in the experimental test.According to the results of the perceived jumps, they were ranked in descending order.According to the scores, they were arranged in an "S" shape and divided into three groups:the experimental group(Montessori training),the control group(classical traditional stepping training),and the blank group(Regular physical education curriculum training)and sample T test for each group of data;all three groups were subjected to ten weeks of intervention training, and three groups were tested before and after the experiment for basic proprioception index and specific stepping index testing, and the proprioceptive testing index was used to sense Jumping and spatial perception;specific stepping indicators adopt three-,five-,and eight-step jumping, laterally comparing differences in each index after ten weeks of intervention, and analyzing the effect of three training methods on the accuracy of long jump jumping, which kind of training effect Better;Montessori training based on the characteristics of treading after the intervention of the basic proprioception and stepping index, analysis of the correlation between the basic proprioceptive and stepping accuracy. The second part of the experiment:The Montessori training based on the characteristics of stepping on the impact of the stepping accuracy of students at the age of 16-17 years, the research method is the same as experiment one.[result]The Montessori training group, the classic traditional long-jumping training group, and the regular sports training group based on the step-jumping characteristics are three-step,five-step,eight-step,and perceptual jumping after a ten-week exercise intervention. The horizontal(inter-group)comparison of spatial perception results;and analysis of the correlation between the proprioceptive index and the treading index after training in the experimental group.[Conclusion]:(1)The Montessori training method based on the characteristics of stepping jump can more effectively improve the accuracy of long jump jumping compared to the classic traditional long jump treading training method;at the same time, the Montessori training method based on the characteristics of stepping jump compared to conventional Physical training methods can also improve the accuracy of long jump.(2)The Montessori training method based on the step-jumping characteristic not only improves the accuracy of the long jump, but also improves the basic ontology perception ability compared to the classical traditional stepping training method;moreover, the accuracy of the stepping jump and the basic ontology sensing ability are both There is a high degree of correlation;therefore, the Montessori training method based on the characteristics of stepping jumps, the mechanism that can more effectively improve the accuracy of the long jump may be:a substantial increase in the basic ontology perception ability.
