| At present,the process of urbanization in China has been accelerating,bringing rural culture to a gradual decline.Rural education urbanization leads to the decline of rural students’ local identity,which is serious in rural areas.The rural language teachers should bear the inheritance and revitalization of the local culture because of their education and the special nature of the native language.Therefore,the development of the professional quality of the rural Chinese teachers affects the construction of the rural spiritual civilization.The state attaches great importance to the professional development of rural teachers.At the beginning of 2018,the paper issued a document on the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era,and pointed out that our country should build a high-quality professional teacher team,which provides policy support for the professional development of rural language teachers.Rural culture for a long time nurtured the villagers,but there are still a lot of rural culture decline,rural education is declining,rural language teachers,as mother tongue education,need to pay attention to these situations.However,many teachers are difficult to undertake the mission of inheriting local culture because of their low self-identity and low professional development level,and they lack the ability to combine local culture and use local resources to develop local curriculum.Therefore,the research on the professional development of the rural language teachers is mainly based on the rural environment in which the rural language teachers are located,to discuss the current situation of their professional development and to put forward the strategy of breakthrough.This article is divided into three parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the reasons for this thesis,the background of the study and the status of the research,the significance of the research on the professional development of the rural Chinese teachers and the methods used in the paper writing process.The second part is divided into three chapters.The first chapter presents the currentsituation of rural language teachers’ professional development by collecting questionnaires and analyzing interviews with rural language teachers.The second chapter analyzes the reasons for the difficulties of language teachers’ professional development based on the collected data,mainly from four aspects:life,ability,work and professional growth.The third chapter puts forward the breakthrough path from the three dimensions of policy,school and teacher in view of the dilemma of teachers’ development,and analyzes the design of teaching design and the case design of Chinese comprehensive practice activities.The third part is the conclusion,which mainly emphasizes the need for long-term thinking for the professional development of rural language teachers,based on the current social reality environment,and puts forward the problems to be further explored.The study found that the life treatment of the rural Chinese teachers is not ideal,the way of training and the content of the training are not reasonable;the teachers do not agree on their identity,which leads to the lack of teachers in the rural schools;many rural teachers do not pay attention to the local cultural resources and do not have the ability to develop the local curriculum.Therefore,this article believes that the rural language teachers should actively understand the local cultural environment,and then produce rooted in local feelings,and take the local culture into the Chinese language classroom,in this process to promote their own professional development.I hope this article can give some inspiration and help to frontline teachers and improve their professional quality. |
