Research On The Public Service System Of Martial Arts For The Elderly In Chengdu From The Perspective Of Healthy China

This paper studies the present situation of the eldly Wushu public service system in Chengdu.Using literature,expert interview,case study,field investigation and other research methods.Find out the existing problems in the public service system of Chengdu Wushu,and put forward the solution to effectively allocate the Wushu public service resources and provide the people with sound Wushu public service.In order to guide and promote the sustainable development of the old Wushu public service system construction in Chengdu under the vision of healthy China,this paper provides the decision basis for the sports administration department to formulate the Wushu publi cservice policy.Taking the present situation of Wushu public service in Chengdu Senior Sports Association as the main case,from the policy of Wushu Public Service of Chengdu Elder Sports Association,the guidance and organization of Chengdu Elder Sports Association to Wushu practitioners,The information propaganda and theoretical research work of Chengdu Old Sports Association,Wushu public service fund channel and talent echelon construction of Chengdu Old Sports Association are analyzed.It is found that the problems existing in the Wushu public service system of Chengdu Old Sports Association are mainly the universality and popularity of the service objects,the existence of some safety hidden dangers in the public service process of the elderly Wushu,and the insufficiency of the activity sites.Seven suggestions are given: perfecting the construction of laws and regulations of Chengdu non-governmental organizations and providing support for the development of martial art s no n-g overnm ent al organizat ions in Chengdu through system innovation.Standardizing the integrated channels of professional talent training and practice,establishing the talent resource bank,and doing a good job of human security for the development and improvement of the old Wushu public service system.Establish the Wushu non-governmental organization propaganda and construction operation mechanism,through various forms of propaganda and Wushu activities landing service,to achieve the popularity of Wushu non-governmental organizations,promote the smooth development of Wushu activities.Cultivate the elderly Wushu public service volunteer team,improve the whole service quality and level of volunteers,realize the institutionalization,humanization and standardization of the volunteer team,p romote the smooth development of the elderly Wushu public service.To establish the community as the carrier of the elderly Wushu publicservice demonstration sites,fully integrate the existing community Wushu talent resources,to achieve community elderly Wushu public service self-management and self-service.Strengthening the connection with market organizations,fully arousing the enthusiasm of the market,and learning from some experiences of developed countries can not only make up for the deficiency of the market's self-regulating ability,but also balance the interaction between the government and the market,so as to achieve a relatively reasonable allocation of resources.To promote the transformation of local governments to service-oriented governments.The research and exploration of this paper mainly have the following two innovations: first,on the basis of the participation of Chengdu non-governmental organizations in Chengdu Wushu public service situation,the integration of market organizations involved in Chengdu Wushu public service analysis of the current situation.Compare and perfect the functions of the two in Wushu public service system.Second,based on the multi-subject put forward the relevant countermeasures to solve the problem,from the internal management of non-governmental organizations,the market operation of market organization,to the government policy,Then to the social environment,put forward a systematic,operable elderly Wushu public service model and promotion program.
