The vigorous development of tourism has promoted employment in tourism,and has also promoted the rise of tourism education.Due to the lack of research on secondary vocational education in tourism,especially in the study of tourism professional courses,this article has taken this as a foothold,research the self-efficacy,motivation and achievement of professional courses closely related to the learning activities of secondary vocational tourism students.By analyzing the characteristics and relationship of academic self-efficacy,learning motivation and academic achievement in professional courses for tourism professionals in secondary vocational schools of different genders,grades,and professions,and understanding the learning status of secondary vocational tourism students.Based on this,it will formulate appropriate education and teaching strategies to provide theoretical basis for the promotion of professional learning of secondary vocational tourism majors.In the research process,first of all,a literature review of the existing research results was conducted.Then,a self-efficacy questionnaire developed by Liang Yusong and a revised learning motivation scale by Chi Liping et al.were used to take L vocational school in Dalian as an example.The questionnaire was carried out and SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis.The findings are as follows:1.The professional courses' learning self-efficacy and learning motivation of secondary vocational school students majoring in tourism are better,and the learning self-efficacy is slightly higher than the level of general learning self-efficacy of students in secondary vocational schools,but lower than that of students in ordinary middle schools.Generally,there is space for improvement in learning self-efficacy and learning motivation.2.The learning self-efficacy and learning motivation of students are relatively stable.There are no significant differences in gender,different majors,and different grades.Only the external motivation and enthusiasm dimension have some differences between grades.3.The learning ability self-efficacy and learning behavior self-efficacy both are positively correlated with intrinsic motivation.At the same time,learning ability self-efficacy,learning behavior self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation are also positively correlated.4.The learning self-efficacy and learning motivation of tourism majors are positively correlated with academic achievement.However,the degree of correlation between learning motivation and academic achievement is not as strong as the correlation between learning self-efficacy and academic achievement.
