Nowadays,the country and society have gradually increased the importance of secondary vocational education,and the status of secondary vocational education has been increasingly improved.Therefore,how to cultivate excellent secondary vocational students and give more effective employment guidance to secondary vocational students has become the focus of attention.At the same time,under the background of the booming tourism industry,the demand for talents in the tourism industry in China shows a growing trend.However,at present,there are problems such as high enrollment loss and low employment stability in secondary vocational schools,resulting in serious brain drain in the tourism industry.Secondary vocational tourism major is an important part of fostering talents in the tourism industry.so,this article aims to stable tourism market demand for tourism professionals,improve the cultivation of professional talents for tourism,for tourism professional technical secondary school students,by enhancing their self-efficacy and achievement,guides the student to set up the correct professional values,so that they work during the period of employment and after good judgment and ability to adapt;Based on the relevant research on the vocational values,self-efficacy and achievement motivation of tourism students in secondary vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the regulatory role of self-efficacy in their relationship,so as to provide theoretical basis for the vocational guidance of secondary vocational tourism students.Based on the three variables of vocational value,self-efficacy and achievement motivation,this paper constructs a theoretical model,proposes four sets of research hypotheses for the theoretical model,and analyzes the relationship among the three variables,so as to explore effective improvement paths for vocational value,self-efficacy and achievement motivation of secondary vocational tourism students.On the basis of previous studies,this study increases the related parameters of tourism industry characteristics and the characteristics of students,on the basis of the original revised occupational values scale,the self-efficacy scale,and three evaluation questionnaire of achievement motivation scale,and in 267 from the secondary vocational students travel survey questionnaire for data collection,organizing the data by using SPSS20.0 test and regression analysis,in the end,the following research conclusions:1.Through the descriptive analysis of the three variables,it can be concluded that the three dimensions of vocational values in secondary vocational tourism major students influence their levels from high to low,namely health factors,development factors and prestige factors;Among the five dimensions of self-efficacy,the highest level factors are information collection and planning,followed by self-evaluation,problem solving and goal selection.In the two dimensions of achievement motivation,students' motivation to pursue success is obviously higher than that to avoid failure.2.By testing the hypothesis of the interaction between the three variables,it can be seen that there is a significant interaction between the three variables.The achievement motivation of secondary vocational tourism students is positively correlated with vocational values and self-efficacy.There is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and occupational values.The motivation of failure has no significant correlation with self-efficacy.At the same time,in the research on the relationship between the three,it is found that the self-efficacy of secondary vocational tourism students has a moderating effect between their vocational values and achievement motivation.Under the action of achievement motivation,the self-efficacy of secondary vocational tourism students can be improved to enhance the positive impact on vocational values.Based on the above research,this paper proposes the following strategies and Suggestions for students majoring in social,school and secondary vocational tourism.First of all,by using the self-efficacy and regulating effect of secondary vocational tourism students,it is clear to guide students to establish correct values,and to deepen the whole society and the school's view of secondary vocational students' education.Secondly,the society should improve the laws and regulations on the employment of students in vocational colleges,speed up the construction of social security-related systems and establish a perfect talent demand forecasting mechanism.Furthermore,schools should improve the employment service mechanism and pay attention to the education of students' employment guidance courses.Finally,students should establish correct values,evaluate themselves reasonably and set reasonable goals according to their own conditions.
