Objective: In recent years,many studies have shown that the basic skill will be formed in childhood will benefit for life,basic skills and on this stage of the formation of adolescent sports ability and physical fitness,and physical activity level and cardiorespiratory fitness has a positive effect,but also to children's perception,muscle strength,muscle endurance and healthy weight have a positive impact.However,the development of the basic action skills of children at home and abroad is not optimistic.The development of basic action skills of children in many countries is at a low level,showing the delay in the development of basic action skills.Infancy is a critical period for the development of basic motor skills.If the gap between children's action development can not be found and timely remedied in the critical period of action development,it may lead to children's basic sports ability and other development areas.In view of the importance of the development of basic motor skills and the slow development of children's basic motor skills,it is particularly important to intervene in basic motor skills in early childhood to promote their development.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of happy gymnastics on the development of basic motor skills in large classes,and try to find out the positive effects of happy gymnastics on children's basic motor skills.Methods: A kindergarten in Changqing district was selected based on the principle of convenient sampling,and two large classes were randomly selected in the kindergarten.Among them,32 children in the experimental class and 29 children in the control class.The children of the experimental class were taught with joyful gymnastics.The period of exercise intervention was 8 weeks,and 3 times a week.The activity time of each class was about 30 minutes.The children in the control group were taught the normal physical education teaching activities in the kindergarten,and the other activities were the same as those in the experimental class.Before and after the intervention,all the selected subjects were tested by the second edition of the American big muscle movement development test(TGMD-2)to determine the development level of children's basic motor skills.Results: 1)Happy gymnastics intervention experimental class of the basic skill score,score and object displacement movement control action score compared with before intervention was significantly enhanced compared,especially the standing long jump,hit the ball and bowling fixed action,has the remarkable difference.2)Intervention control class children's basic skill score,score and object displacement movement control action score compared with before intervention compared also increased,but the increase amplitude is very small,only the object control skills scores and basic skill scores have a significant difference,the difference of each specific skills are not significant.3)Happy gymnastics intervention,the basic skill scores of the experimental class is obviously higher than that of the control class children,especially running,standing long jump,slide,fixed ball and hands the ball hit grounder these movements and the difference is significant.4)After the intervention,the scores of the basic motor skills,the score of movement movements and the control skills of the objects in the experimental class were significantly higher than those before the intervention,which were 22.02%,17.16% and 28.89% respectively.The total score of the basic action skills of the children in the control class was higher than that before the intervention,but the percentage of the increase was very small.Conclusion: After the intervention of happy gymnastics,the total score of basic motor skills of children in experimental class increased significantly,whether in the movement of subtraction test or in the control sub test,the difference was very significant.Moreover,the total score of the basic action skills of the children in the experimental class was significantly higher than that in the control class,and the difference was significant.At the same time,the action skills of the children in the experimental class increased greatly,and the percentage of the action scores increased obviously better than that of the children in the control class.Therefore,the activities of happy gymnastics can significantly improve the development level of the basic action skills of the big class children.
