| In recent years,the physical fitness of adolescents in China has continued to decline,and the problems in the process of physical education teaching reform continue to highlight.In response to this situation,the state has promulgated the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Physical Education to Strengthen the Physical Fitness of Adolescents".The General Office of the State Council strengthens physical education for students.We will respond to various policy documents such as "Opinions on the full development of physical and mental health" and other sports activities such as "sunshine sports activities" and "campus football".In August 2016,the General Office of the Ministry of Education issued a “Notice on the Pilot Work of Basketball Promotion on Campus”,and designated 11 provinces(cities)including Beijing Municipality and Sichuan Province as pilot areas for campus basketball promotion,and 50 pilot schools in each region.Among them,there are 20 primary schools and junior high schools(including complete secondary schools).It has been nearly two years since the implementation of campus basketball activities and teacher training in the national campus basketball promotion work in August 2016.The summary and analysis of the new situations that emerged during the development of campus basketball can better understand the status of campus basketball development,and provide suggestions and countermeasures for the better development of campus basketball and how to better link up with the basketball construction of primary and high school campuses..To carry out basketball activities on campus,we must not only adapt to the development of local economic development and sports,but also closely integrate the current status of basketball development on the campus.We must start from the actual situation and adapt to local conditions to steadily advance the development of campus basketball activities.This research is based on the "Current Status of Basketball Development in 9 Pilot Junior High Schools in Chengdu," and uses literature,survey,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods.Investigate and Analyze the Experiences and Limitations in the Pilot Middle School of "Campus Basketball in Chengdu" in the Process of Conducting,Find out the Factors that Restrict the Launch of "Campus Basketball in Chengdu",and Provide Solutions to the Problems in Analysis.Studies have shown that at present,there are 4 pilot schools in football pilot schools in 9 basketball schools in Chengdu that overlap with football special schools,causing resources to be squeezed out of each other and the distribution is irrational.The venues and equipment are quite different.There are only two schools with indoor basketball courts.The outdoor venues cannot be used and the requirements for basketball teaching and training cannot be met.The basketball special funds are insufficient.Insufficient development of the basketball league in the school,especially the women's participation in basketball activities,need to increase the intensity of attention.All aspects of physical education teachers are still not properly protected.The problem of student sports safety is still severe.The rules and regulations concerning the development of basketball on campus have not yet been established and improved.Although the physical education teachers have been greatly improved in terms of academic qualifications,there is still a great lack in professional skills and the ability to lead training.The proposed countermeasures are: Campus basketball pilot schools that overlap with football special schools should rationally allocate existing resources,increase investment in venues,equipment,funds and other facilities,increase the emphasis on girls' participation in basketball activities,and strengthen basketball on campus.The management and supervision of the pilot schools are optimized for the teachers of physical education teachers to meet the further development of campus basketball activities. |
