Research On The Construction Status And Development Countermeasures Of Chengdu Junior Middle School Campus Basketball Characteristic School Under The Background Of "One School And One Product"

"One school,one product" is to create its own school running characteristics and brand in the form of characteristics and diversification based on the school's history and fine traditions and the current development situation of reform.Based on the investigation of 12 junior middle school basketball characteristic schools in Chengdu,this paper discusses the development and construction mode of "one school,one product" basketball characteristic schools.It also makes a case study of Chengdu Shishi middle school,Chengdu Wuhou experimental middle school and Chengdu Shuangqing middle school.Literature as the theoretical basis,questionnaire survey and field investigation as the support of practical data,as well as expert interview,case analysis,mathematical statistics and field investigation.This paper investigates and analyzes the construction of 12 junior middle school basketball characteristic schools in Chengdu in five aspects: organization and leadership,condition guarantee,basketball classroom teaching,training and competition and basketball reserve talents,and puts forward relevant suggestions according to the problems.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)Overall,the 12 junior high school basketball characteristic schools in Chengdu have met the requirements of the selection criteria.(2)In terms of security system,the vast majority of school venues and equipment can not meet the needs of teaching;In terms of fund guarantee,the activity funds are limited,which can not meet the needs of school basketball activities.The source of funds mainly depends on government funds,which is too single;In terms of teachers, the level of basketball professional ability is not enough,and the structure of teachers is unstable.(3)In basketball teaching,some schools do not pay enough attention to basic basketball courses,lack basketball teaching materials and teaching evaluation system, mostly experience teaching,lack of teaching level and interest.(4)In basketball after-school training and competition,most schools carry out after-school basketball training smoothly;The competition category is mainly urban level competition,and the basketball competition in the school is well carried out.(5)In terms of basketball cultural activities,the form of campus basketball cultural activities is relatively single,and the content needs to be enriched.(6)Chengdu Shishi middle school,Chengdu Wuhou experimental middle school and Chengdu Shuangqing middle school have performed prominently in the construction of campus basketball characteristic schools.
