Investigation And Countermeasures On The Current Situation Of Campus Football Development In Primary And Middle Schools In Chengdu

In April 2009,General Administration of Sport of China and Ministry of Education set up a leading group to issue the Notice on Launching National Youth Campus Football Activities,and formulated the Implementation Plan of National Youth Campus Football Activities,which officially launched the national campus football.Since January 2015,when campus football was officially launched under the leadership of the Ministry of Education,after several years of unremitting efforts,Chengdu as a campus football experimental area,the overall development trend of campus football activities is good,but in terms of current research of Chengdu campus football,most of the studies of experts and scholars have mainly focused on a certain district or several characteristic schools of campus football in Chengdu,and the research on the overall sustainable development of campus football in Chengdu is still blank.This paper based on the sustainable development research of primary and middle school campus football of Chengdu,took Chengdu campus football ecological development status as the main starting point,has summarized the existing problems of campus football activities in Chengdu,has constructed the development mechanism and has put forward the corresponding sustainable development countermeasures,so as to provide theoretical and practical references for the in-depth development of campus football activities in Chengdu,which are easy to implement,can be promoted and can be copied.This paper takes the current situation investigation and development countermeasures of Chengdu's primary and middle school campus football as the entry point,uses literature research,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field research and mathematical statistics,etc.On the basis of mainly analyzes the ecological status quo,existing problems and reasons of campus football in Chengdu,the effective development mechanism is constructed and the countermeasures are put forward.Research shows : the overall development trend of Chengdu campus football activities is good,the distinctive campus football schools develop steadily,the campus football policies and guidelines are gradually improved,the scale of physical education teachers(coaches)participating in campus football activities is expanding,The number of students participating in campus football has increased steadily,the campus football league system is becoming increasingly complete.However,there are still some problems.From the macro point of view: first,the dynamic mechanism of campus football development needs to be improved;Second,the use of funds is not fully implemented;Third,the unreasonable use of campus football training funds;Fourth,the lack of professional football teachers and coaches.On the micro level,it mainly showsthe contradiction in school training,the lack of funds for campus football,the lack of activity venues,and the lack of support from parents.In view of the problems in the development of Chengdu campus football activities in primary and middle schools,constructs the effective development mechanism: "Education-Sports-Association" trinity deep integration leadership mechanism,operation mechanism and guarantee mechanism of sustainable development of Chengdu campus football,regional linkage mechanism of effective development of Chengdu campus football,the sustainable development of the campus football talent cultivation mechanism of Chengdu,effective development of Chengdu campus football competition and training mechanism.And put forward the corresponding sustainable development countermeasures: Improve the deep integration mode of Chengdu "Education-Sports-Association" deep integration leadership mechanism and form a long-term mechanism of campus football work;Standardize the teaching of campus football in Chengdu and improve the level of sustainable development of campus football;Optimizing the campus football training competition system in Chengdu to promote the sustainable development of campus football;Improve the campus football security system in Chengdu,clear the obstacles to the sustainable development of campus football;To build a characteristic management platform for campus football activities in Chengdu and establish a database of campus football talents.
