With the continuous development of the society,the sports of rural schools have been paid more attention by the state,and the extra-curricular sports activities,as an important part of sports,are undoubtedly highly valued.Extracurricular sports activities is an integral part of promoting students physical and mental development,primary school students is in a critical period of physical growth,is worthy of attention and research object,this paper takes liaocheng city rural elementary school students as the research object,studies the student extracurricular sports behavior characteristics,to understand the status of the rural primary school students extracurricular sports behavior and promote the student extracurricular sports behavior,its contribution to the enhanced physique.Based on the questionnaire survey method,data method,interview method,mathematical statistics method to the city's rural elementary student's extracurricular sports behavior characteristics are studied,the research of student behavior characteristics including student's sports motivation,time,way,intensity,forms,select features such as sports,space,and the different gender,grade and rear with the left-behind students to analyze the different characteristics of extracurricular sports activities,also studied the student extracurricular sports behavior and attitude and sports interest correlation analysis,and analyzes the influence factors,according to the results of the study on influence factors countermeasures were proposed.Research results:(1)most rural elementary student's sports motivation in order to cope with examination and enhanced physique,extracurricular sports activities in time frequency most concentrated in the largest number of 1 to 2 times a week,the person on the high frequency is less,each time to participate in most of the time students focus on 21-30 min,fewer than 30 min,most students concentrate on the activity in low intensity activities,activities on project choice mainly ball and some traditional items,forms of activities,mainly large recess activities and extracurricular exercise activity is given priority to with together with friends and class,middle school students in choosing sites is mainly in the school sports ground or yard etc give priority to,students seldom have other venues.(2)in different kinds of students,of the extracurricular sports activities in the left-behind students behavior is better than left-behind students,boys than girls in the activity behavior characteristics is more obvious,more participation,students of different grade,the older students than the students in the project choice of more diversity,participating in the frequency and intensity of to be higher than the junior student.(3)the elementary student's extracurricular sports behavior and attitude of each dimensionhas acorrelation,which besides is negatively related to the standard for the sports,other is positive correlation,extracurricular sports behavior and interest in every dimension into positive correlation.(4)impact on students' extracurricular physical activity behavior are the major factors of school,family,personal factors,such as the main package live school teachers,the status of the extracurricular sports activities,facilities and support of the leadership,the degree of family factors mainly include the support of parents,parents of sports activities,factors such as family economic level,and personal factors include fear of injury,academic study,sports attitudes and interests.(5)In view of the influence factors proposed the corresponding countermeasure,will tell from the students themselves,there are mainly to improve students' own psychology to bear ability,cultivate students reasonably set the extracurricular sports activities and cultural course learning time,improve the students' sports attitude and sports interest,make students from their own to improve their sports behavior;According to the external factors mainly include improving school leadership and the support degree of parents,increase investment in the government's economic improving school facilities conditions and the situation of extracurricular sports activities,increase the sports teachers' salary,promote rural PE teachers' work enthusiasm,from the above countermeasures of promoting students' extracurricular sports behavior,for the development of student sports have a positive effect.
